I visited this location on Saturday evening around 5:00 PM to pick up a prescription. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The pharmacist was extremely rude and inattentive. Despite clearly seeing that I was waiting, she completely ignored me and began vacuuming the floor—an hour before the store was even scheduled to close.
After waiting for about 20 minutes, I became frustrated, especially since I had to leave to pick up my daughter from the airport. Ultimately, I left without my medication.
This level of service is unacceptable, and I am seriously considering switching my prescriptions to Walgreens or Walmart. I believe this staff could greatly benefit from customer service training.

Absolute pathetic experience! Gave 2 days of dosage when prescription said for 5 days. Pharmacist just don’t listen and don’t want to correct mistake even after giving 2nd chance. Wanted us to pay as 2nd prescription out of pocket. She cut down the call. Rude and unprofessional!! Time to change the pharmacy- Never coming back here. Don’t know why they prey on kids medication!!

On 12/12/2024, around 7:00 PM, I had an extremely disappointing experience at the pharmacy. The technician I interacted with displayed a lack of professionalism and appeared disinterested in her job. Despite my repeated attempts to provide the necessary information, she struggled with even basic tasks, such as properly recording a birthdate. Even more concerning, she failed to explain how to take the medicine, which is a fundamental part of her job responsibilities. Her condescending attitude and poor customer service skills were unacceptable and unbefitting of someone in this role.
While she may not be a pharmacist but rather a technician, her lack of care and disregard for customer interactions left much to be desired. Experiences like this make me look forward to the day when automation can eliminate such inefficiencies and unprofessional behavior in the industry. I’ve decided to switch pharmacies entirely, and I urge others to look elsewhere as well. I hope CVS management addresses this issue and takes appropriate action regarding this employee.

this is the worst location and iv had multiple bad experiences here. The pharmacy manager had no interest in helping me and yelled back at me.

Went to get pain relief cream, shown to Pharmacist. She told me to contact front desk. Contacted front desk, she checked and said it’s in store. She was not sure and asked me to search. Could not buy though it was present in store.

Location might be great but 0 stars just for the pharmacist Tejal Desai who needs to learn customer service and realize that she’s not doing charity. We are paying customers who deserve to be treated with a smile and politeness regardless of your busy schedule. Note to CVS manager - please train your employees on customer relationship tactics if you’d like to remain in business.

I'm a visitor from Dubai. Never I had experienced such a rude behaviour from the staff in my country. I approached Ms.Tejal for assistance. Was hurt by her rude answer. Went to wallgreens and got a good service and the required medicine. I strongly advice people not to go to this pharmacy. Waste of time

Zero customer service at this location. Rudest behaviour from the pharmacist who goes by Tejal Desai. She has zero regard for customers, and treats you with outright disrespect. Clearly I’m not the only one who has had this experience considering all the other reviews.

Every time I think I'll give CVS another try I very quickly remember why I stopped going there in the first place. They can't ever find the prescription or there is some type of issue. I called to try to give my insurance information over the phone and they wouldn't take it. I came to pick up my rx and after waiting for 15 minutes in the drive through they couldn't find it. So I had to come inside. Pharmacist had it fixed in a few minutes. So frustrating

I was at CVS yesterday and the employee was very slow and unhelpful. I wanted to get some scans, I had to wait and ask for assistance several times. The scanner took ages. And after an hour of struggling, when I went up to the employee with my order receipt, they told me that they don't have the scans because they don't print on business documents ( letter size print paper). It was such a waste of my time. The photos that I ordered online were also not ready for pick up even though I was notified they were. So I had to request the employee to look it up and print it for me. The whole ordeal felt like a waste of time for me, lack of information on behalf of the employee, as well as just lack of assistance.

Had a great experience at CVS yesterday. Bought the PEZ hello kitty Valentine’s Day gift. They were short on stock. Logan and the other person at front desk were kind enough to price match other PEZ product to this one.
