Prescription not available most of the time and do not do their work to transfer to Walgreens when requested. They even lost the prescription during transfer. Pharmacy is not professional

Had to fight them to give me my prescription. Basically needed to relocate to the green levels cvs pharmacy. They knew how to handle my situation better than this brain dead location. Will not EVER be returning again. They make you wait days only to tell you they're out of your prescription. So why tf wait and put my stuff on hold? This account is obviously a throwaway. But wanted to point out that the withdrawal for certain meds are not fun. Thanks to yall I was withdrawing for 4 days.

I stopped in one evening to grab something. It was pretty easy to find. The shelves were stocked and neatly organized. When I checked out, Evonne assisted me. She was so kind and welcoming. Even though our interaction was brief, I felt the impact and really appreciated it. Overall, I would say this was a positive experience.

The pharmacy is really good at losing your order. If you really like to wait for a long time while they screw up your prescription, than this is the place you call home!

Evonne and William were attentive and patient with me during my trip to CVS. The store is clean and the employees were very willing to provide assistance with depositing cash! Thanks for the excellent customer service.

Most insensitive pharmacy ever. Rude staff. They close store before hours and don’t bother to open up even when you request to buy urgent medicine for sick.

The pharmacist Matt is amazing! I went to the pharmacy today to fill my prescription, it was my first time filling at this pharmacy. Matt did a fantastic job, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, quick and efficient. He inputted my new pharmacy insurance information and I got my script right away. I greatly appreciate the phenomenal customer service and helping me. I will be back next month because I found a trusted pharmacist Matt who goes above and beyond expectations!

Was at this CVS for my covid booster. Had about 30 minutes to watch the staff working. The phone never stopped ringing and customers just kept showing up non-stop. They never list their cool. Remember to be patient with these folks and all those who serve us. It's been a rough and long stretch of stressful work for these people.

I really hate that my insurance forces me to use CVS, and that this location is the only one convenient to me. I dread going to pick up prescriptions because I inevitably end up waiting 20-30 mins in the drive thru with only 1 or 2 cars in front of me. What on earth are they doing? My transactions only take like 2 minutes. I'm sure it doesn't help that they use the drive thru for COVID testing as well, so those of us who just need to pick up prescriptions are stuck waiting.

I went to CVS in the morning of 12th Oct with my 5 year old boy to take a passport photo. Omg..the person was so rude and impatient. Firstly he gave a dirty looking step stool asking my son to sit on it. My son's head was tilting a little. Happens to all of us. He made a comment to hold his head still. I adjusted my son's head. Believe me, my son was doing the best he could. This guy had absolutely no patience and said 'there goes his head'. I adjusted again as per his request. The third time he goes "this cannot be done". My son felt like he had done something wrong and started tearing. "Mama, I was trying to sit still as much as I could". I told him it wasn't his fault and took him to Walgreens of high house road. He was the happiest child. They made it look so easy, made my son feel comfortable and with one take the passport picture was ready. Thank you Walgreens. The person at CVS of NC 55...either you were trying to show us indirectly that we weren't welcomed or you absolutely dislike kids. Either way, customer facing jobs isn't something you should be doing. I will NEVER AGAIN go to CVS of NC 55.

COVID testing in drive thru is annoying and holds back everyone who is waiting to pickup prescriptions. Be consistent and do what the CVS at Kildaire farm is going - keep a tent outside for COVID test.
