Im happy using the Minute Clinic especially for my daughter that can get tested here too. I was checked in, tested, and left with my water. I had a good experience the doctor was nice and patient although I'm the patient. Negative for COVID but was pretty much in and out.I'm not sure if others experienced different due to insurance, being a walk in (adds to your wait time anywhere), payment issues, service or other.I was able to get a general physical check and I have the flu and hoping to get over it with some medications the doc recommended I pick up before leaving.

Fraudulous. Not sure if it was just my experience but truly dissapointed. Went to minuteclinic for appointment and paid for service once it was finished. Come to find out they have surprises hidden fees. Crazy. 300$ just to test for trichomoniasis. Had Mrs. Tabron Rita

Just needed something for my 1 year old. Felt the staff was very judgmental and rude. Poor representation of CVS

Rude female staff members working in the afternoon. My son had an ER visit Sunday night, and was written an incorrect prescription by his doctor. It was for antibiotics that had to be taken in succession without any missed doses. Instead of calling the doctor Monday morning when the prescription was due to be filled, they waited until I got there 30 minutes before they closed to tell me that the prescription was wrong and that they couldn't fill it. When I asked what needed to be done, I was told I had to call the hospital, but that's their job. I was berated on the phone by the doctor, which is a different problem on its own, however none of that would have happened if the problem had been addressed at the beginning of the day. Once I finally got the doctor to correct the mistake, I was told by the afformentioned girl in a rude tone that "she wouldn't fill my prescription because they closed in 10 minutes, when I had just spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to correct a problem that I had no clue how to solve because I'M NOT A PHARMACY TECH. I expressed how important it was for the third time that my son get this medicine as he could get very sick or even die without it. They they proceeded to start locking up the pharmacy without telling me anything, and then told me that they didn't have it in stocks and that I needed to go to a different location. So yes, the hospital is truly at fault for all this, but the way the pharmacy handled this situation was unprofessional and quite frankly disgusting. Unnecessarily awful experience for me after working 11 hours and trying to take care of my child

You cannot reach a real person who works here. All calls are redirected through an automated voice service, which takes forever to get through with limited options often asking you the same question over and over again. I was finally able to reach someone my third time calling and was hung up on abruptly after almost 10 minutes. Please make it so that you can reach an employee in the store!!

Setting an appointment online is easy. Appointments are usually available within 24 hours even on weekends. The hours of service are convenient. The staff is very helpful and caring. Lab results are within minutes.

I went to this pharmacy today to kindly request prescription documentation on behalf of my special needs brother. I was absolutely disgusted at how rude these employees acted toward me. I finally obtained the documentation I needed but also received arrogant attitude and the feeling that I had been a major bother to them. I have been shopping at CVS for many years but will never again due to these two pharmacy employees.

Folks over at that Kildarefarm location need to be retrained. They don't use operative listening skills and give out incorrect information.

Tried calling the Minute Clinic twice. Both times, I went through a long menu and then was told to call back later. Then, I tried calling the pharmacy and waited 10 minutes, having to hear the same annoying message over and over until I finally gave up and went to urgent care. So aggravating!

Walk in to get a flu shot from the pharmacy/clinic and am turned away for not having an appointment. Despite their advertising of being able to accommodate walk-in flu shots.Other than 1 person waiting, there was nobody else there. They could have easily taken the 3 minutes to provide the flu shot, they just didn't want to.

Hopefully they will be open tomorrow so can get my prescription. Good thing I drove 10 miles through rush hour to find this out...

I scheduled a vaccine booster. Gave them my insurance information plus all the personal detail they clearly don't need. On the date of the appointment, I show up about 10 minutes early and am directed to their piece of junk red kiosk. Press A you get Q. Press S you get D. What should take 1 minute takes 5, because, you know, the red kiosk scrambles everything you type in. And, then guess what happens - an error. Try again. Another error. Try again. Another error. I finally get so frustrated that I go searching for somebody and, of course, nobody is around except the cashier who says she can't help. After wandering/waiting around for 10-15 minutes, a medical person (evidently lounging in a closed room all this time) opens the door to leave. I ask for some help, and get a brusque "I have no appointments this afternoon ... you have to go check in at the other desk by the pharmacy". What moron organized two different desks within steps of each other with two different check in systems?!? I go to the other desk and the clerk asks for my personal information (several times). After enough typing on their computer to write a small book, they tell me they can't take Blue Cross Blue Shield for vaccines and ask if I want to pay $300+ myself. Ridiculous. CVS couldn't figure this out when I made the appointment? The whole experience just proves, again, that CVS is a disorganized waste of time.

I came in today for my Covid booster and flu vaccine. The male pharmacy tech asked me for my vaccine card which I did not have but I was able to provide him a picture. All of a sudden another pharmacy tech who was a young female with long brown hair rudely interrupts and tells me that I HAVE to have my physical card. Really, there was no reason to talk to me like that. If your having a bad day don’t take it out on your customers. So I made another 30 minute round-trip to go get my vaccine card and I’m standing in line when the person in front of me says they do not have their vaccine card and they accept a picture. ? CVS, your employees have got to do a better job. Apparently there was no reason for me to drive another 30 minutes other than one of your employees pulling a power trip or another employee not doing what they are supposed to do.The person who gave me my vaccine however was just simply lovely and I would come back to do a vaccine just because of her.
