Horrible experience ever. The clerk just want to close the shop by 8pm but not to try help the patients. No commitment to the work and very rude to the customer

I have called this pharmacy four times in the last two days to check on a prescription that my doctor called in 3 days ago. Three times I held over 15 or 20 minutes only to be disconnected. I finally got someone on the line, but the girl who answered interrupted me while I was talking and when I mentioned the phone was disconnected three times, she didn't even respond. Horrible customer service! Finally they're getting around to filling my prescription. It should've be so difficult for them to get a prescription filled and have some small ability to provide a minimum level of customer service.

Their service was okay, but last several months it has been so unpleasant experience with its pharmacy. It took over a week to get my med refilled. And they never explained what was going on, just saying’In processing’.Ended up visiting them and refilled in 10min.I still don’t understand how they work, and am going to switch my pharmacy to a different store.

Poor service, although friendly while doing a poor job. Called to schedule a vaccine shot and was told no need to schedule, just best to walk-in between 11:00 - 1:00. Frankly, my sense was they did not want to be bothered taking the info to schedule. I came in at 11:45, was told I should have scheduled an appointment, they were too busy and to come back after 2:00. Came back at 2:45, waited 10 minutes at the window to be acknowledged. Told to wait in the waiting area. It was another 25 minutes before they came to give me a shot, which took less than 5 minutes from entering the room to leaving.

Do not print photos here. The worst quality of all time! Very atypical for CVS so I think it’s only this location. I had them reprinted and the quality improved but still was very very poor.

Older lady working at pharmacy was rude, I asked to fill my spouse's rx and she huffed stating she had to go to another computer to do that. I was the only one in line at the time. I said nevermind as it was such an "inconvenience" apparently to do her job. I still wanted to check out as I was already there. She told me that I could pay for my items at the front (when I had medicine/cold items to purchase, nothing else). I said ok and took my items. She had the nerve to say thank you there's 3 more people behind you now like I'm not a paying customer just like them. My child said she was really rude, as we walked away. Sad when a child picks up on an adult's bad behavior. Avoid this pharmacy.

Customers, be careful! If you are filling a prescription, be extra cautious and go through the counts and dose by yourself to check pharmacists' work! The pharmacists in this store not only counted wrong number of tablets, but also distributed tablets with INCORRECT dose level, and they refused to correct their mistakes. I'm going to work with my providers to change my default pharmacy to another one, not CVS, especially not the CVS on Green Level Church Road! I post with one star because if I choose 0 star, Google wouldn't allow me to post my feedback. They deserve 0 star.

Routinely rude and incompetent staff. Had to make 4 trips for a B12 prescription because they kept ordering the wrong one. This is a VITAMIN, I can't imagine if it were a critical, life-saving drug. They're around the corner from my house, but I will be driving 3 more miles to go back to a Walgreens after this incident.

Called in regards to a prescription issue and the person I spoke with was frankly just rude and unhelpful. She rushed me off the phone as fast as she could and gave me very little confidence that I'll be receiving any sort of prescription from them any time soon. Over healthcare workers who don't give a rip about actually providing care to you.

When I go in drive thru lane I cldnt check each medications and the pharmacist have gave me my very old prescriptions instead of the latest ones. This has happened twice and also they never intimate me if my medications have not been through insurance or not. I'm fed up ?

Tell me how. I walked up to CVS to get something and they DID NOT have it. So I proceeded to pick up a random snack and went to check out but there was NOBODY at the register. So I went to the self check out register and there was only one register??! THE SELF CHECK OUT DID NOT EVEN TAKE CASH ASWELL. What type of cheap Machine is this. So I’m giving CVS a one star because they wanna sit here and have BAD customer service, cheap self checkout machines, and not what I’m looking for. They got to do better.

Please get the 2nd lane open. Sat 11mins to pickup a prescription due to a COVID test being done. I know that’s a necessity just wish they’d use both lanes as designed
