This is my local doller tree, and the regular manager is always friendly. I visited yesterday and today like I do every week. There is a new manager, black lady who I approached to ask if they had product in the back, only to be met with the rudest attitude and unwillingness to help. She was the complete opposite of the usual manager. I know it's hard to find good help but this was the most unprofessional, disrespectful, woman manager I have ever had the displeasure of meeting in a doller tree. Plus another employee that was willing to help me was also spoken to with the most unprofessional attitude in front of me that made us both very uncomfortable. hope to not see her there again or will just stop going to that location.

Ordered 24 bags of cat litter online for store pickup, from their website (I was asked if I used Amazon). Got an email on 18th saying it was delivered to the store and ready for pickup. Got there the 21st and my order was NOT there, they were clueless. So either the order was never fulfilled, or it was but the employees thought it was for the store and just put it out on the store floor to sell to other people.

Short lady with gray hair working register was very unfriendly & had some discriminatory vibes as well as body language. It's disgusting to see and feel in 2024

Rude staff especially the managers. Store is filthy with unopened boxes in every aisle making it hard & unsafe to walk in the aisles. Items on the ground, then there’s music blaring from employees phone, you can hear the music from one end of the store to the other, which is very unprofessional especially when there are kids nearby and the song has profanity!What a shame it wasn’t always like this, the store use to be clean, the staff was nicer, more selection on display not on the ground with unopened boxes like you see now . Says a lot about management they have currently ! I had been going to this location for years but it’s become garbage! I now take my business elsewhere!

Sad, dingy, and now slowed down with staff that are barely trained and poorly equipped.If greeting cards weren't so cheap, if never go there.

The line (1) was so very long. The cashier was very nice. But as we leave the store there are 3 other employees to you store sitting outside asking if the line was long, smiling saying that if they payed us the right way it wouldn't be like that....it's a shame!!

Got here at 9am when they opened. It’s 9:13 and nobody is here. There is a sign on the front door that reads “bank”, no indication on when they would be back....
