This location is very easy to work with. I showed up and wanted to switch the vehicle, Ryan did not hesitate to make the change. Even with the change I was in and out within 15 minutes. Overall great customer service, very satisfied and will be renting from them again.

Experience was awesome when I needed a rental for a few days due to car repair. Staff was prompt ans friendly picking me up from body shop. The process was smooth and seamless. I do recommend this Enterprise and I will use them again in the future.

They used to be better in a number of way; still good however for example they forgot to give me the Member Plus discount the last time that I rented and the car was now washed before I picked it up. Finally the car they had planned had a light out and they have to change me to a new car. It seems to me they are not checking the cars as they used to

I had a wonderful experience renting a car from this Enterprise location, staff was very friendly, helpful and patient. The process was very easy and quick. “ I loved the car I rented from them”, Although I have been to many Enterprise locations, I found that the Cary/Maynard location were clean organized and inviting.Thank you Enterprise for your wonderful service!

I'm writing as an extremely dissatisfied customer. Our experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was nothing short of a nightmare. We had multiple reservations made through the online system at different locations, only to find out there were no available vehicles upon arriving or, even worse, while en route to the rental location.This ordeal consumed a significant portion of our Friday, and as a result, we missed a crucial day trip to attend a highly important event. Our original plan was to leave at 9 AM, but we didn't secure a vehicle until 2:30 PM. This not only disrupted our schedules but also led to missed work for three adults and school days for two kids, among other inconveniences.Even though we eventually located a vehicle at one of the locations, it was far from what we desired or needed. The space render was cramped and dirty. We had to cover the seats to make it. Our luggage had to be exposed in the open truck, resulting in it getting wet.This situation highlights a significant need for improvement in Enterprise Rent-A-Car's system. The online reservation process proved to be egregiously misleading and a substantial inconvenience.Sincerely dissatisfied

Rented the car for a month due to a car accident. Accidentally left my legal registered firearm in the car upon returning vehicle. Instead of them calling me to pick the firearm up, they called the police and they took my firearm. Now I’m having a very hard time getting it back which is a $400 value. The associate checking us out could’ve easily called me back, and I would’ve got my firearm. There was no need to call the police. Will never rent from this place again. Also had issues with originally getting the car no communication, car wasn’t available for days, and no contact there are other places in the area you can choose. After an accident, this was even more stressed to go through.

The car was very nice. However all of the head rests were in the high position and I couldn't figure out how to lower them so I went to a Toyota dealer and they showed me. The button is well hidden.

Went in person and confirmed the location of rental car pickup. Went in on reservation day and was told my reservation was set at another location in a different city, leaving me back to square one of waiting. I have no reason to lie as this location is super convenient for me and the incorrect reservation is not even the location of where my car is being fixed at. Customer service was good, but the service was not.

I have been renting from this place for a good number of times. They have always given me extra 3 hours window to drop the car w/o charging me more.I recently returned the car in 2 days (when I rented originally for 3 days) and 3 hours. The rep was busy servicing other customers and the lady rep charged me for the whole 3 days (so I'm paying for 3 days when I returned the rental vehicle in 2 days and 3 hours).When I called back the office to find out why I was charged for the 3rd day, lady rep told me that she would have to charge me for 2/3 of the day and refund me $10.I politely told her to keep the $10 and not make any efforts to return the money (as the office probably needs more of it than listening to the customers).

Very friendly representatives and accommodating. Made it earlier than the expected pick up time, but the nice gentleman was kind about it and actually gave me the option on which vehicle I’d like. Including offering one that wasn’t yet ready (Still needed to be sanitized but had let me known before hand that it’d be a small wait). The young lady who took me out to the car when it was ready was also very kind- explained my plan, and showing me where the overnight drop box was.Although I was a little confused with the size and navigation and parking at this location- The friendliness of those who helped me definitely made a difference. I didn’t catch their names but thank you

My experience with Enterprise was impeccable. My check-in and check-out was easy. All transactions were electronic, which allowed me the availability to pick up and turn in my rental hassle free.
