Went in for a simple balance of my tires. Left the wheels were still vibrating and needed balance. Went back he told me I needed new sway bars. Went and got another place to balance them perfectly fine. I try and give my money to locals instead of corporations but this place will never see me again.

The owner of Marcus is all about money. First time I went there before diagnostic he charged me $144 just to get a unrested bolt out of my sway bar: I asked him why did I need to get a new sway bar and he said that’s what’s causing the vibration when I’m driving whole time it wasn’t the vibration I just needed an alignment I paid him $600 just to put a sway bar in and I’m still having vibration I sit there for six hours just for them to put a new sway bar in. If you know, nothing about cars, he will take advantage go across the street to Aamco if you need your car to worked on.

I can usually stop at an Exxon with a pretty good idea of what to expect in regards to the pumps and the actual store. This location was definitely not one of those locations overall the location was dirty and unkept and the cashier had no interest in helping me. The washer reservoirs for cleaning your window at the pumps were completely dry and the squeegees were rotting on the handle. Overall a pretty poor experience and I expect a lot better from Exxon

Met Marcus today, awesome, wholesome, and very courteous gentleman. This ExxonMobil is my goto place for fuel for my grill gas. The cost is very reasonable.Highly recommended.By the way new Owner since April of 2022.
