I come here almost everyday since I live near by, today I came to buy a vape and I used my passport (lost my id), Nancy told me that it wasn’t a valid form of ID and she couldn’t sell me tobacco products since it didn’t scan. She should me this little sign that said they needed to scan an ID, I pointed out the the next sentence said “if scan is unavailable you’re free to move forward if it’s not a juul”. She told me I was wrong, still wouldn’t sell it to me. Eventually she allowed it, but told me “this will never be allowed again”. I asked for a managers information just to clarify the policy and she told me “I have her phone number but I’m not giving it to you”. I told her I’d come back later (since maybe this is a weird policy they have), then she proceeded to tell me her manager was in the hospital? I’ve never had this issue at any gas station or liquor store.
