I'm not experienced in getting my hair dyed, so I asked about balayage vs. highlights, etc. I still don't know the difference, but I showed her pictures of what I wanted. She bleached my hair in highlights and added the colors I wanted. During the visit, it just seemed like she was impatient with the time it took for my hair to bleach and said she hoped her next appt was late. At checkout, she offered me a shampoo conditioner kit and said it should help the dyed hair, so I bought it and didn't get a receipt. Later, I regretted not getting a receipt. The first time I washed my hair with that kit, the dye WASHED OUT. I saw it on my towel after the shower! All that money spent and the dye didn't hold but for 3 days!! Now, I have bleached highlights and damaged hair for nothing. I started using the kit when my other shampoo and conditioner ran out and have had bad hair days ever since the switch. Don't get their CHI products!! Too much money spent for little satisfaction.

I visited this salon today @10.30am for a haircut, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience I’ve had. I have visited many times this place in past but my hair was done by a different stylist no longer works here. I went in with a clear idea in mind for a basic U-shaped haircut, which I even brought a picture of to show. but I feel the stylist have no experience with women hair cut at all not only was the haircut nothing like what I asked for, but it also took an hour for a basic cut without even a wash or blow dry wow very frustrating. I was also surprised that my hair was cut without being wet first. Cutting hair without proper moisture can lead to uneven results and potential damage. Additionally, using a straightener halfway through the cut was unexpected and not what I had envisioned for a basic haircut.I was also quite frustrated as I had to repeatedly explain and show the picture of what I wanted. It became exhausting to ensure my desired style was understood.The disregard for my preferences was truly disappointing for basic hair cut. I left the salon feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional and attentive haircut.

My disappointment. If men's short cut is complicated, what's will happen with women's hair?I returned home with a curve on my back and almost a hole in front.Have to return to fix it, waste my time!However my back was fixed, but the front piece 2 quarters size, where the hairs were 50% shorter get little bit better, but still visible. The barber lady gave a comment if anyone will study you as close to see it? Of course no one will except ME!If the management of this place cares about the reputation, contact me and work with your barbers!

I came here in hopes to desperately fix my "side bangs" that I got a few days prior at another salon, that did not meet my expectations. The previous salon rushed the haircut and did not fully understand what I had wanted despite showing them many references pictures, either that, or the lady was just not experienced with bangs. I messaged Fantastic Sam's showing them pictures of my messed up side bangs and pictures of what I had wanted. The lady said she would collaborate with the other stylist how we can best fix the bangs to my liking. Yesterday, I went in for my consultation with Nikki to fix the bangs to my liking. Nikki was very thoughtful and attentive. She explained each step of the process and made suggestions based on her own experience to meet my needs. She even gave me suggestions on how to style and manage it. We decided to go with straight bangs so that we could even and blend out the hair. I think it looks so nice! I may go back in a month or so to turn them into curtain bangs but regardless, I am beyond pleased with the results! Thank you, Nikki! I'll be back! ?♀️

My appointment on March 31 was very disappointing. I had made an appointment earlier in the week for 130 on the 31st. When I arrived, I signed in. Someone acknowledged that I was there, but didn’t give me any wait time.. 20 minutes later, I was told by the hairstylist she just had to clean up and would be with me. I sat down at the chair 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. When I mentioned to the hairstylist about my time being limited, she had said I was a walk in(I wasn’t). I felt very unimportant to her and she said that it may be better not to have the haircut. So I did not get the haircut.
