I had such a pleasant experience there today! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and were fast to respond when I had issues with printing. I would genuinely go again.

I will never go to fedex at this particular location because of the short hair lady. I needed to take a print out of the body of an email and it wasn’t possible to do it from the scanner/printer, so she offered to print it for me. Then I was charged $12 for just printing 3 pages. When I asked why I’m being charged so much, I was told that if they do anything behind the desk, there will be charges and a surcharge. That woman didn’t bother to tell me that there will be extra charges for this. I thought she was just helping me out.

They lost my package, and even worse, they don't seem the least bit apologetic. Also, while I was in the store to lodge my complaint, I saw rude behavior toward another customer as well. I won't be back.

I used to go to this place and had good customer service and friendly associates, but in recent days, it went to horrible customer service. Extremely rude FedEx associates in this location, As soon you as you entered the shop, their facial reaction is "why you come here", also their communication is very rude and bad attitude, very insulting, even sometimes I feel like not ask any questions, because of their "street fighter" attitude (in particular the manager). LEARNED THE LESSON, STOP GOING.
I did inform FedEx customer service, but there was no response.

Extremely rude associate Micheal. Assumes customer understands all technical aspects of professional printing and speaks to customers like they are morons wasting his time, to me and all others that were in the room that day. Zero smile, zero urgency, zero courtesy. I miss Kinko’s….

Seems like experiences here depend on which associates are working that particular day. I've gone here for 2 separate needs, shipping and picking up online print order. Both items were straight forward and easy, and had no problems with the associates either. Service is quick and no time wasted which i appreciate more than fluffy interactions for things like this.

Came into drop a fedex package and while 3 of the staff were working a fourth (Nicky?) was leaning and looking at her phone. She ignored me until one of the other staff told her to help me. She took my package and scanned it saying not a word then dropped the package back on The desk saying “your done”. Rude is an understatement.

I went to this location to ship a mattress topper to a place my wife and I were going to because my wife has a bad back. The cost was going to be very high - over four hundred dollars. Team member Nita suggested the rolled-up topper could fit in one of their golf bag boxes, which was smaller than the box I was using and would cost less to ship. It did fit, and even with the cost of buying the golf bag box, I saved over three hundred dollars in shipping costs. And now that I know about the golf boxes, I will save money every time I need to do this. Nita was tremendously helpful and very kind. She went above and beyond the call of duty and I cannot thank her enough!
