Beware of FedEx. They said the package was delivered, the picture they took was not my place. Case was closed in 24 hours simply saying it was delivered. Just lost $500.

I just had to ship some documents to the UK and Bill was so incredibly kind and helpful. I messed up, didn’t print the right things and he was just the best and got it sorted for me. Unfortunately it’s rare these days to find people who are kind when faced with abject incompetency (mine). Thanks Bill!

Five very expensive PC shipping to the US and two going international to Europe. Christmas Eve the gentleman that helped me was courteous, professional, and thorough. Kudos to him for making me like Fedex a bit more. Hope Fedex reads this and commend him. This is 2024 Christmas Eve.

This place was helpful and prompt! The associate made sure to size my print order correctly to look the most ideal - something that is so important and appreciated! As a marketers who prints often, I will be back here for the friendly and knowledgable associates, AND meeting the turnaround time as promised by the website.

Always am greeted and get excellent service from the store manager and all the staff who are very pleasant friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help me. Not sure what the negative reviews are all about but im guessing many of them came in with a bad attitude. :)
