I had to send an important document to DC overnight but I was late for the last Fedex truck that had already left. Gentleman working here named Mark was busy handling many customers in queue. But he still spent time understanding my urgency and suggested me to drive to Fedex at RDU airport, and provided details like when the last FedEx flight leaves RDU airport. This helped me ship the documents on time otherwise it would have taken 2 days. Shout out to Mark !! Thanks much

Tried to upsell me and rejected it and he refused to take my package when it was in a box went to the other fedex and had an awesome experience, this store wouldn’t recommend.

This store charged $86 for a half-ounce international letter, held it for months, then bounced it and tried to charge another $168. That's $508 per ounce for a failed letter meant for the Queen.

Hope you’re not in a hurry - or have nothing better to do than wait in line. This location used to be really good. Recently I’ve found them to be glacially slow and honestly not professional, sometimes talking for a long time when there are up to 10 people in line. At least this has been my past few experiences. Update: after waiting 30 minutes in line they informed me that their scanner isn’t working and they can’t scan the UPC needed to print a prepaid label. Lacking customer service and bad equipment - they shouldn’t be in the shipping business. Either way, they’ve lost mine.

What an interesting visit to a FedEx -- in the worse possible way. I arrived on a Saturday with a line almost out the door. That part, I didn't mind but when I finally reached the counter. The guy took my package and literally did a basketball "layup" onto the middle shelf -- BANG! It fell onto the top shelf. What in the world is this? Some sort of playground? I hope my package arrived safely. Pray for me. Never coming back to this location.

Do not use. I tried to ship an USB drive but FedEx lost it. All I wanted was to be reimbursed for what FedEx charged me for shipping which was $13. The usb was of little value. FedEx told me they would not do this even though they admitted they lost it. They told me they need to do "an investigation". I told them the usb drive was of little value and I just wanted to reimbursed for the shipping cost. Again they refused and told me I was going to have to file a claim. So I was forced to contact the bank who felt FedEx was unreasonable agreed to reverse the charges. Again don't use FedEx.

Mark was incredibly helpful! He helped us find the right box sizes for various gifts we shipped and took the time to walk us through the whole process. He guided us to the best mode of shipping considering both our timeline and budget. Mark turned what I feared would be a shipping nightmare into an expedient and easy errand!

I heard many bad reviews about them but after visiting it looks good to me. The staff was helpful and friendly and the service was fast. May be they changed the staff after lots of negative reviews.

This is the best FedEx Location! I had really bad experience at other locations and finally went to this location.Bret and his staff are amazing! Bill is superb at customer service. He took time to explain things to me and options which would be best. He took care and was very attentive and also extremely kind, he changed my previous (awful)experience 360 degrees.This location deserves 6 stars!(Also thanks to Adam, the district manager who helped me and facilitated everything!)
