I decided to attend Jennie's WiseMind Soul Warrior Heal Detox Transform Asheville Fall 2021 retreat after suffering from work-life burnout as an essential worker during the pandemic. I really appreciated being able to take the time out of my hectic schedule to do more than just yoga. The journaling, meditating and spending time with strong, caring, and amazing women was everything I wanted it to be. Being surrounded by Western North Carolina in autumn was beautiful and relaxing. An added bonus----the vegan food was absolutely incredible (and I take my cooking/eating seriously). All of the meals were an experience of flavors, such an unexpected treat on this weekend journey of peace. I highly recommend Jennie's services if you are in need of self care. I'm sure I am not the only one who thinks she is wise beyond her last name. She took the time, energy and effort to understand my unique needs and I look forward to working more with her in the future.

I met Jennie owner \u0026 “master” of Wisemind yoga several years ago. We connected on so many levels right away. Caring, genuine, knowledgeable, eager \u0026 passionate are a few of her great qualities. She lives her yoga ?\u200d♀️ life on and more importantly off the mat. I recently participated in a retreat hosted by Wisemind yoga. Bonding with a group of women that are like minded is priceless. Especially in our current times finding your tribe is no easy feat. During the retreat we experienced strength, support \u0026 encouragement. Every session was filled yoga, meditation, breathe work, journaling \u0026 learning. I’m a world ? where being busy is rewarded; stepping away to do inner work was like a breath of fresh air. Being able to take a step back, understand your patterns, habits \u0026 why are crucial. Gives you a completely didn’t outlook \u0026 new avenues to approach life’s situations. This journey for me has been life changing. I highly recommend Wisemind yoga.

I recently joined Jennie on a yoga retreat, a part of the 300 hour teacher training. The entire experience was uplifting and centering. The ladies that joined me on the retreat felt like long time friends. I learned so much about yoga, nourishing my body, mind and soul. Jennie is caring, loving and genuine.

WHAT AN AMAZING \u0026 TRANSFORMATIVE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! I attended the retreat in Asheville as a coordinator to assist Jennie Wise with event - but walked away with SO MUCH MORE From the 1st day, we were able to relax and recharge and deepen our yoga and mindfulness practices The women there have become friends, heart centered friends that truly embody LOVE Jennie’s focused instruction enabled up to work though our limiting beliefs and find a way to release them so we can soar higher, lighter and with more freedom from our past If anyone reading this is struggling with self doubt, perfectionism, past traumas or something you cannot identify that is holding you back, please join one of her groups or programs (she has many FREE masterclasses you can check out to see what you connect with) You won’t be disappointed and can come away with a better understanding of the authentic you that desires to shine . There is no shame if asking for helping or seeking out guidance - I have learned this myself, especially during the pandemic and now embrace the wisdom of masters in yoga, mindfulness and meditation to help me oh my own journey

\"I have had the blessing of attending two Wisemind retreats this year and both were powerful experiences that have catapulted my spiritual growth. Jennie was divinely brought into my life when I was hitting bottom with the grief of my mothers death. Desperate for relief, I attended the Heal Detox retreat in Raleigh at Peaceland Farms. Soon after I arrived, I felt myself grounded in peace and connected to nature in the beautiful outdoor setting. After spending the day with Jennie guiding us through powerful heart-centered meditations, spiritual teachings and a beautiful ceremony, my heart was opened to embrace my grief journey with acceptance and love. I was inspired to join Jennie’s YTT-300 Soul Warrior program which included a weekend retreat to the Prama Institute in Asheville, NC. It was obvious to me from the start that so much time and effort had been put in by Jennie to include every detail which created a beautiful, cohesive experience for us. The chef prepared delicious vegan meals and Ramesh Bjonnes was brought in to teach us about the science of Ayurveda. The most incredible part of the weekend was to receive Jennie’s creative flow of spiritual energy through daily sadana practices. Finally, the burning bowl ceremony around the fire-pit allowed me to release the most painful negative samskara pattern in my life. I have returned home with a tribe of soul-sisters to walk this spiritual journey with and I am learning to love myself unconditionally. My prayer is that anyone who is ready for transformation, allows Jennie to be their guide so that they may receive her gifts.\"

How do I even describe the experiences I have had with WiseMind Yoga, Meditation, \\u0026 Wellness?!?! Since joining this group and program my life has changed so much for the better. I am a single mom of 2 teenagers and I work a demanding corporate job...to say I know stress would be an understatement:) Jennie has helped me to take time to learn how to cope with the stressors of everyday life, while also learning to cope with past grief and trauma from divorce and loss of relatives. If you are looking for a program to help you find your inner true self, while also learning how to balance what life brings to you...WiseMind is the place. I started out with yoga classes taught by Jennie, then began the WiseMind YTT program, and have since attended 2 yoga retreats!! My outlook on life has improved dramatically, not to mention so has my self esteem and daily eating habits:) My recommendation...find a way to join WiseMind and change your life for the better. You will not regret it.

I attended a private yoga retreat hosted by Jennie Wise at Prama Institute in Marshall NC. It was GORGEOUS. Jennie gave a warm welcome and shared her practice that offered a wealth of tools which has already deepened my private practice, as I earn 300 hour YTT… while on the retreat she held space and lead a shift into finding my personal power. This was the perfect start of a transformation that I was seeking. It was strong, there was a wonderful sense of community, and comfort sharing. Ramesh Bjonnes was her guest of honor and he taught on subject Ayurveda. The vegan menu was phenomenal. I enjoyed our hike. Every detail was thought of.

A nice place to go to find some peace in these uncertain times. Jenny is an awesome beautiful woman that is great at what she does. I took the teacher training 200hr back in 2018. What a life changing experience. I recommend to anyone who wants a revamp of the mind body spirit.

I first had the pleasure of meeting Jennie at one of her seminars about mindfulness and meditation for stress management and preventing burnout. I have felt a sense of peace and grounding in my life from the moment I started my private lessons with Jennie! I feel safe and pushed all at the same time . Making room for a better me and making progress this year were my goals and I am well on my way! WiseMind has been a surprised blessing to find. One bad day I stumbled upon it on Facebook and contacted the owner about a complimentary yoga psychology session.... it was amazing. Since then, I have been on a wonderful journey of yoga classes, group meditation workshops and quite a few one-on-one sessions with Jennie. She has taught me so much about meditation and mind/body healing. The group workshops are another great supportive environment. I could go on and on... Love this place and everyone I have met here.
