In order to get any assistance, you must call ahead and make an appointment because they won’t assist if you walk in. I attempted to call and schedule, however the business line VM system does not have a prompt to speak with anyone who answers, you must have awareness to someone’s phone extension. Not customer friendly

We tried opening a joint checking account online following all the steps on the website, but even after entering sensitive personal data, we were both listed on the account but only one of us had access and was getting a debit card. I went into the office because I had a horrible experience with customer service on the phone (and was hung up on). I had what I thought was better service, but I was given incorrect information. Four visits (two by each of us) and two phone calls later and the problem still wasn't solved. So on that last visit, I closed the account. There are too many banks on every corner to deal with this runaround.Only reason for two stars is I have a business bank account there that's been decent (which is why we decided to open a personal one), but I'll be moving that one as soon as I identify another bank with a good business account.

Called ahead and spoke to Peyton to get info on opening up a safe deposit box. I was told that only 1 person in the branch named Nadar could help me with this and that he went to lunch between 1-2 so not to come then. I stopped in a few days later well after 2. Nadar turned me away because I had not made an appointment. He told me that an appointment was required. Sure wish that Peyton had told me that before I went in and wasted my time. Sure wish that Nadar would have done the right thing and stepped up and helped me anyway knowing that I was misinformed by Peyton. I am taking my business to a different branch even though it is further away.

Ever since my mom died, Bank of America had the worst possible customer service. They froze all her accounts leaving my grieving father penniless despite all the money that was frozen, his. We spent the entire day after my moms funeral waiting around the lobby of BOA. We decided to go to First citizens bank. From the very beginning of opening the accounts they were kind, compassionate and patient. I just closed my account because we’re moving and Minnie was extremely helpful. I highly recommend using First citizens bank.

I needed access to my safety deposit box to get my DD214 (honorable discharge certification) as the VA was giving out extra Covid vaccines but I needed my DD214 as proof to open my VA account). I found this out Friday evening and went 1st thing Saturday morning. The drivethru was open, walked up to the lobby door, signaled the lady with my safety deposit key and she just said no. Therefore I missed my opportunity at the VA and am extremely frustrated. I will go in on Monday but the hours are very limited and I have to go during work hours.

I am not a customer of this particular location but after realizing it was closer, I decided to come in.Nicole, the operations manager, was very helpful. We were able to get my document notarized and resolve a problem with my online banking, she was also willing to answer any other questions I had.Would 100% recommend this bank and this location.

I was not a customer here, but the banker still was happy to talk to me, helped me out with some savings bonds and changing some bills over for me. In addition, when I called, it was easy to get a person on the line quickly. It's nice when a bank treats you like a human being even if you're not a customer.I rage-quit Bank of America a while back and will definitely consider opening an account here based on the kindness and friendly treatment I got despite not being a customer.

So I had a mixup on a check cashing and they were so friendly and did all the work to make it right. I was dreading making the call but they were so reassuring and took care of it that I was surprised to see the other reviews for this branch. Though there was an error, they more than made up for it by making the fix immediately.

Really bad customer service. Wouldn't advice opening an account at this Branch or bank. Everyone seems unknowlelgable and unwilling to help customers. Also have tried to reach personnel outside of tellers and they don't call back, etc. Seriously had a business account here bc of the low fees but honesty would say fees are worth it elsewhere!
