The staff here, Quinetta, and the manager are both so helpful anytime I have any issues, whether due to online stuff or my own confusion. They are extremely kind and helpful and are willing to work with me until the situation is resolved. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have to brag on Michelle Brown of First Flight Federal Credit Union loan department! I am beyond grateful for her assistance in helping me with my recent auto loan application. She was professional and also caring and made the process very easy. I found my car online at a dealership 2.5 hours away and this was the easiest car buying experience ever! I recently became a member with Flight Flight Credit Union and they have been incredible! I was helped by both Quinetta and Michelle to initially set up my account and the process was smooth and easy and they were both very kind and helpful. Shortly after, I bought my first car and Michelle helped me with the auto loan. She was wonderful throughout the entire processes. She gave me a ton of information and was transparent with everything. Through her, I managed to get a really great rate! I am so happy to be able to work with First Flight Credit Union in Cary.

I recently purchased a new SUV and was able to obtain an amazing interest rate at First Flight! Michelle Brown helped me and made the entire process easy. I was not a First Flight Credit Union member, but Michelle guided me through that process and was so professional and great to work with! Now I have a checking and savings account there and will consider using their other services in the future!

First Flight Credit Union Bank at 1815 Kildare Farm Rd has excellent customer service. Officers there are friendly, thoughtful, respectful, and always willing to help and guide you financially if you need to do so. My family and I became customers at First Flight several years ago. A great institution. Michelle has a very nice way to treat customers. Usually we talk to her when visiting the bank. I highly recommend this institution for savings, loans, and other financial issues. Keep the good work. Humanity needs the kindness of every single person. Peace.

I can't recommend First Flight enough because of the service I've received from Michelle, It's a 35-minute trip one way but I will continue to do business there because of her. By far the best experience I've ever had at a bank.

Michelle B. Is a godsend! Not only did she assist me in qualifying for a loan, she followed with me to help set me up for success in the future! Never has anyone taken the time to sit down and explain things the way she did to me. This level of customer service is rare to no longer existent. Brandon Montelongo is the greatest Member Service Representative at First Flight Federal Credit Union. He worked with us to refinance our Mustang in March 2020 and then worked with us this month to process our loan on a Ford Explorer. Brandon has a great work ethic and a very professional attitude. His communication through the loan process is top notch. It is uncommon this day and time to find someone who truly cares about their customer.
