This is by far the worst food Lion I have ever came to I tried to avoid it at all costs I love my neighborhood food lines I go to the other ones in the area Avent ferry Western boulevard Cross Lanes anywhere else awesome staff of awesome vibe but this store here the cashiers are very rude they barely can understand what you're saying I just don't waste my time they don't even really have things you're looking for this is one of the worst food Lions I have ever experienced

Whenever items are marked for sale with sticker price on the shelves, those sale prices are NEVER reflected when ringing at the register! They are on sale for reasons, expiration date is going in less than 2 months, quality is not that good, damaged packaging, etc.. Some of the supervisors here chose to not acknowledge the sale prices on purpose. And the regular prices of their products are exorbitantly distorted upward!!! Good luck selling those soon-to-be-expired and smelly food items, and this store has abundance of them!

Would give zero if I could, just when I thought I found my new go to foodlion location on the way home from work since moving I was disappointed at check out realized I bought more than planned so kindly asked can this besplit transaction being I was at self checkout all bagged & ready he kindly said yes handed my receipt over to the cashier to do a split payment. I asked do I need to input my member # no ok so $80 on this card she says ok insert Idid she put it all on the one card I said the purpose of me being sent to you was split payment she says I didn't hear you. So dd you hear him when he handed you my receipt &said split payment yes so what was missed so to better assist I went back over to the gentleman to mention she didn't do what you asked he says she heard me but didn't hear you.....what so you gave her the receipt she heard you & she ignored it & ignored me when I said $80 on this card bc that would simply mean more than one card as the total came to$128...so sad I never should have stopped there never will again & will also be telling everyone in the neighborhood not to go there as customer service is not priority he rolled his eyes at me when speaking also so rude. Horrible experience!

There items are always expired and they don’t care about it this why I never shop here health department needs to get involved

I absolutely love this particular Food Lion! It’s always clean, spacious, well stocked and the employees are so much nicer than all the others I’ve ever been to.

I'm not used to this location. The layout is backwards. I went in around dinner time to get a bag of the fried chicken but the wasn't anything for hot prepared foods. The woman who checked me out was amazing. My kidd and myself really enjoyed her conversation and I wish I got her name. I just remember that she works on the weekends.

Today I went to cash a ADP check with food lion Associate Neelam. She treated me as if I was cashing a fraud check or something. The only thing personal she didn’t do is take my picture. I understand verifying information but it seems as if that food lion doesn’t have a standard of procedure for cashing checks because that was not my first time cashing a check there which I mentioned I just cashed an insurance check five days prior to today and I never had to provide so much additional information after giving my ID. I even mentioned to her I felt she was discriminating and she felt no need to correct me.

The staff are friendly and the store is clean. They have reorganized the store and have self-checkout!
