My experience was great! I had a warranty repair completed. They were able to send it to the manufacturer and back very quick! So happy they were able to help me

Left a GIGANTIC thumbprint on my screen and told me there was nothing they could do about it.
Their technicians grab delicate items and damage them.
I will not be calling these geeks ever again!

Went here because my phone wouldn't start up or factory reset with Itunes and the guy working told me my motherboard was dead without even looking at the phone. I went to a third party repair shop and it ended out just being a software issue.

Had my computer taken to geek squad to get fixed because it was randomly turning off while using. Asked them to check my power supply I was told they tested it, after taking it back with no fix. I replaced hundreds of dollars worth of parts come to find out the power supply was faulty. Would not recommend better off trying to figure it out yourself or taking it to someone who actually knows what they're doing.

Belle is a rude and nasty, check out counter hag. The way she treated me was uncalled for from the moment I stepped in. Belles name is wasted on such a classless woman. I walked into Best Buy with a smile and smiled at her asking her where the returns are. she snarked back at me and said something like " im the only one up here and you need to wait for the other customer!". I looked around and did not see any other customers until finally a kid appeared purchasing a soft drink. I think that was some odd way to control me. making me wait for another customer. In my opinion she is extremely racist. the way she treated the other customer with a smile. then as soon as it was my turn she barked at me like a dog. she refused to exchange my item even though I had the receipt and the item does not work. It's been 12 days since I purchased and it's brand new in box. I explained to her that I had called ahead of time and she said "no you didnt. people like you just say they called". I was shocked. so I called her out on her rascist comment and she then cleaned it up saying "I just meant you called the 1800 number. They don't know anything" I will be calling and emailing corporate tonight to let them know Belle at Cary location thinks Best Buy Corporate knows "nothing" when I reported this to the manager he seemed to not care. like he has heard complaints on her before. belle was behind him rolling her eyes and laughing at me. Real classy. I think she will be check out girl for life.

On March 9th I took my daughter to Best Buy to upgrade her Cell phone. We spoke with John, who I've been told is the Verizon Rep for that store. During the conversation we upgraded her to a new phone and traded in her old phone. John showed us a promotional flyer that said we would get $400 for her trade in phone and that we needed to sign in to the Verizon website when we got home to get instructions to send the phone in. Imagine my surprise when Verizon said we were only getting $43 for the trade in, and that we could have just drove across the street to the verizon store to turn it in. It turns out the Verizon rep lied straight to our faces, then had us go home to send in the phone because he knew the Verizon store across the street would tell us he was lying. I took a vacation day today to come into the store and see if this could be made right. I explained to the person at the desk what happened. We called Verizon customer service and they said they could give us a promotional adjustment for $200 because of the trouble but that's it. So I guess that's better than nothing, but the best buy employee still lied to make the sale. When I spoke to the Best Buy manager he just shrugged and said that's business. So apparently standard business for Best Buy is to lie to make a sale, give you fake instructions to try to cover up the lie, then shrug and tell you "that's business" when you call them out on it. The store manager didn't care at all that customers were being lied to, and smirked about it like he was proud there's nothing I can do about it. Oh well, lesson learned. Best I can do is try to make sure new potential customers can see what their business is like and hopefully keep you from getting ripped off too.

Very disappointed in the experience. I bought a new computer at Best Buy along with the one year Geek Squad service. They transferred the data from my old computer to the new one ; took three days. When I picked it up Saturday the tech said everything transferred; just checked if I could log in. He acted like that was too much to ask ... they were not busy.Tried to pull up my data when I got home & could not so I set up another appointment the same day. Noticed at that time that the old 27" monitor which was in perfect shape had two large scratches mid left screen. At the second appointment the first tech pulled up the data using a process that one would have to be a computer programmer to understand. Told him this was unacceptable. Fortunately , another tech re programed the process to make it simple as it should have been to start with.I asked about the scratch & dust on the monitor. He claimed that the tech who checked me in 3 days ago wrote that the monitor had "normal ware & tare" on the screen ... really ?? Refused to help me out & said that was the way it was brought in. Made me feel like a liar who was trying to cheat the company .Well ; I got screwed... I have learned my lesson ; take pics of anything that you leave with any service business and have them put in writing that the equipment is in good shape . Nothing I could do about this but "eat it" . Was planning to donate the old monitor to charity ; had to place it in the recycle been instead.Greg

Extremely unprofessional staff in the TV section. I got my 86" TV home just fine, they insisted that I have another vehicle and threatened to not even help me put it in my vehicle. Made smart comments toward me and gave me grief the entire purchase because its "what they wouldnt do". It fit perfectly in my Tahoe. I got it home JUST FINE. 5 minutes down the road, works like a champ. Take that ball boy and beanie boy in the back. Y'all are morons.
