Geek Squad is adequate. Best Buy is on their way out with locking everything up but not having enough people around to unlock it.

I was not told that they do not do hardware. I had explained my concern to the operator O apoke too. We explained the guy that the pc is shutting off. He said we can't help you. We do not work on Hardware, we deal with software. He was not helpful at all and we drovec40 min to get to him. Waste of my time.

My experience with the Geek Squad was amazing. I was able to get an appointment within 3 hours of calling. The technician was on time for my appointment. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to fix the problem right on the spot! I highly recommend Geek Squad.

Only took them about 5 minutes to get my information in & pull up the tech warranty to ship my computer off. I only took one star off because i was under the impression it didn't cost anything but the warranty was explained wrong.

I can't thank these guys enough. They are absolutely wonderful when it comes to computer repair. They were able to quickly assist me when I was in a bind after a water spill on my laptop! They always go above and beyond! Can't recommend them enough and I will continue to use them in the future

The national Best Buy phone answering service is atrocious. I want to throw my phone out the window. I need to talk to someone in a store to clarify a question that was not resolved via the service. When I asked to talk to a person, it wouldn't even put me through. Brick and mortar technology stores are a dying art, but they're putting their own nails in their coffin with difficult to use service for the consumer.

I love the Geeks and the mobile dept staff at Best Buy. We stopped at this BB on Sunday because my Samsung phone had downloaded some junk during an "update". David R was there and sat down w/me and fixed my phone! He was awesome! Answered questions I had and gave me hints on keeping my phone working.HUGE KUDOS & thanks to David R!! And to Best Buy for managing to keep such good staff (geeks and tech sales staff) This isn't the first time I've been so fortunate- Fairfax, VA, Madison wis, Raleigh, NC and others! I do have a Geek Squad membership and get awesome service and assistance there also. I highly recommend any of the qeeks ar BB - and thanks again for your help, David R.!! I have bought laptops & cell phones & tvs and washers and dryers and have never been disappointed
