They didn't calibrate the electronics and there was paint bubbles on the bumper so had to be with them then the next time they didn't calibrate it again and they painted the bumper a green color and the car we have is absolutely. Third time the car was ready the color matched and everything was calibrated. I must make a note though, that the assessor Maggie is totally useless. She tells the car's ready and we go and it's not and that happens twice. She also isn't good at returning calls doing things that she said she's going to do I would say the receptionist was a lot nicer to deal with and helps us out by letting us talk to the floor manager. Great team of people. Excellent customer service. My car was repaired quickly, with the appropriate amount of communication during repair time. This location deserves 6 stars to be honest.

Not sure why some bad reviews. My passenger window blew out and I contacted the insurance company, they sent me to a glass company and that company after a month of going back and forth, they called me to say they can no longer fix my window. So I was sent to Cary Gerber collision and with no hesitation was told, we will take care of it. They dealt directly with the insurance company and within a week my car was given back to me all fixed. In my book that deserves 10 stars!!!!Service: Auto glass repair

Very bad service. I am struggling a lot after gave my car to collision repair. Try to avoid to go to Gerber Collision.Initially, they mentioned that my car will be ready and painted on 3-Aug(after 2 weeks of day 1). When I called on 3-Aug, they mentioned Friday. When I called Friday, they mentioned new timeline as Monday like that everyday next day.Reception and my vehicle coordinators are giving horrible experience for me. I mentioned to coordinator when I gave my car (around 2.5 weeks ago) for service that I planned my trip for 10 days and booked hotel so I need my car by 9-Aug. Now, they are saying that we may deliver on 10-Aug or 11-Aug. There are not at all taking responsibility and not caring about the customer.I can't trust 4.1 google review rating. It's really horrible experience for me.

Gerber Collision employees are the best! They guided this 76 year old woman thru the repair process with thoughtful guidance since it was my 1st experience with dealing with a collision company. I can't say enough good comments to this outstanding Cary location crew!

Excellent service! The gentleman who helped me was pleasant and personable. It took me a minute to get out there once he arrived and he was very patient with me. The repair for my broken window took about 30 minutes and they vacuumed the broken glass out of my car for me. I’d say the price was very fair and they came to me which was convenient. I would absolutely use this company again should the need arise.Service: Auto glass repair

This company has changed my appointment, twice. Today, they called and left a message asking why I missed my appointment. It is an appointment they changed to another date. I have been on hold (as a courtesy) for thirty-three minutes to tell them they changed the date, I didn't miss the appointment. Extremely poor service.

These guys deserve negative stars. They are a bunch of liars and cheats. They do terrible work. I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO GO ELSEWHERE!!!! The “manager” Cliff has no clue what is going on is the biggest liar of them all. Gus is just absolutely worthless. Apparently he can’t read or use the phone so don’t bother leaving a detailed note of things to fix or expect a phone call back. I repeat do not go here.

Customer service was exceptional. When there was difficulty reaching Enterprise Car Rental the customer service rep brought another customer and I there in person. When I was running late due to a delay turning in the rental, Gus and Darlene stayed late to make sure I got my car. They worked flawlessly with another Gerber location to speed up the repairs, as well as coordinating directly with my insurance company. I could not be more pleased.Services: Body & Trim
