80% of the visits I had to go inside to get the gas receipt. I had to report them several times but it seems they don't care. Very frustrating.

Store has a new car washing system that damaged my vehicle. Made a claim with the store. A week later I received a call from Federated Insurance. Their representative told me that there is a sign displayed above the car wash stating that the store is not responsible for damage to vehicles being washed. I don't agree that this sign protects them from damage claims, but fortunately my estimate was only $200. I do not feel safe taking any of my vehicles there for a car wash. I prefer hand washing anyway.

I have a complaint about one of your stores in Wilmington on Market street and your Clerk Robert. He had a vehicle towed after the person bought items in the store but had come there for gas. The man left his car truck there for less than 20 min while he got his gas can out of the truck and walked to another station to get gas. His truck was on empty. Poor service, staff has a bad attitude and what you pay for food and what you get is a disgrace. Will never go again, the last 3 times I have gone the same guy managed to screw the order up 3 times in a row. I guess you like wasting food and the qaulity of the food is terrible, the staff memeber doesnt care. The staff acts like you are bothering them, never again will I spend money in you're store. I have never been treated so bad in a store in my life when I'm trying to spend money.

My husband stopped at your location at 401, Benson Hwy, Garner, NC 27529 and was told he couldn't pay for his drinks in cash. This is a legal tender of the United States and must be accepted. I have let all the appropriate agencies and the senators know that you are not accepting cash. And everyone on social media. please rethink and make sure you take what is accepted as legal tender to pay for goods.

Are your employees aloud to smoke when they are out working near the gas pumps? I do not believe this is safe for anyone. It is very disheartening to see this when I am putting gas in my vehicle, and my children are sitting in the car. I worry for second hand smoke, let alone the gas station blowing up when she drops her ashes. It’s a female employee (zoom in on pic of cig in her hand) that was working at 1:30pm on July 5, 2019 at 11928 US-70 Bus, Clayton NC 27520.

Terrible service at the Grandy location. Went in to buy a few beers and the woman working on 04/13/2019 around 9:45 PM refused to sell any beer and threatened to call the sheriffs office. Nobody that went into the store had drank more than two beers. We wanted to buy some beer to take home and enjoy later in the night but this person working was one of the most hateful rude person I have ever encountered in my life. I will never ever purchase anything at any hugos ever. I live in Elizabeth City NC which I frequent on a regular basis but after this experience I will never ever purchase from a handy hugos again.

Stopped at the location in Selma craving a frozen beverage. I was told they don't have cups for the size I wanted. And then for the size they had no lids. I wish they had ICEE instead.

HORRIBLE customer service!! I came to this gas station tonight because I have a flat tire and needed air! The air machine only accepts quarters and I had no cash on me. I was by myself, it's 9:30 at night and I am 7 months pregnant. I went inside the store and asked to buy something and receive cash back. The store clerk refused to give me cash back. I explained my situation and asked if I would be able to use the air for free since cash back wasn't an option. Again, the store clerk refused. He then told me if I bought gas he'd allow me to get cash back. I already had a full tank and explained that to him. After him saying Jesus Christ over and over again and refusing to let me use the air, I left and slowly drove to another gas station for help! I will never return to this gas station!

Well, it's a gas station + Pros: a) Very convenient to anyone commuting on Cary Parkway. b) Several pumps, and easier to navigate than the McDonald's Shell. c) Pay at the pump almost always works. d) Due to its proximity to the Food Lion and store formerly known as Ace Hardware, this is a nice convenient location. Cons: a) Their pumps are not well maintained. It seems they are not replacing the regular and plus lights on certain pumps. I don't know if this is in hopes more will buy Super, or if they simply don't have intentions of maintaining them. *It genuinely fools one into thinking they only have Super on these pumps, however if you push the unlit button, it does dispense. b) The windshield washer station is also not consistently maintained. *The water is often unchanged and filthy. c) The paper towels are often allowed to run out. I've gone inside to seek more, however between lottery and smoke sales, it can take some time.

I have a 1 dollar fee pending on my credit card form Handee Hugo 71. Apparently this is to to verify that your credit card is valid. WHAT A RIPOFF. I WILL AVOID THEM AT ALL COST IF THEY CONTINUE THIS HIDDEN FEE.
