I went to buy something, and the cashier told me he couldn't help me because he had closed his register and told me to go to the other register. I went over and he did nothing. it took a couple of minutes for another associate (who was organizing the refrigerators) to show up at the empty register and help me. the first associate just stood there and did nothing to help at all. That was infuriating.

I was out on a late-night/morning run with my best friend, and we were almost on mile 10 of the run. We had about 2.5 miles more to get before we got back to our cars. The man working the graveyard shift was extremely helpful and understanding! The inside of the store was closed but he still helped us get our order right at the intercom, even getting the large-sizes gatorades for us without asking for it specifically. I wish we remembered to ask for his name!

Was on a run with a buddy and were 9 miles in at 3am, with roughly 3 miles left back to our cars.
A very nice man came to the window (even though they were closed) and got us everything we needed. Gatorades, protein and all.
The most convenient of convinent stores. 10/10

I had a flat tire and need air. I'd already stopped three places with broken machines. The machine needed five quarters and I had none, so I went in and asked the cashier for change. He had a rotten attitude and told me he wasn't a bank. I asked him if the air machine was their machine and he said yes. I said I wanted to use it and needed quarters. He finally changed two dollars to quarters. The location is less than a 1/4 mile from my house and I use it often, never had bad service before? Not sure I will use again.

Would give lower if I could tbh, their site says they’re open 24/7 yet, I just went there (2:00am) and all the lights are on and there is a car parked out front but the doors are locked and no one was anywhere to be seen. Once I returned home I thought I’d call just to see if anyone would answer and sure enough someone picked up the phone. So if the owner actually cares and takes the time to look at reviews, I’d maybe consider getting some new staff since your current ones are doing nothing but helping you lose money. I was in there today and the cashier took a $20 from me, but gave me$2 change instead of $12 change! When I called her out on it, she said "no, you gave me a $10." Well, I walked in with a $20, but she had already put it in the drawer. Be careful! If they did it with me, they may be doing this with other people as well.

Horrible place . Cashier is super rude . I was in a hurry . I left the money on the counter . Somehow she got offended she asked me to put the money on her hand . By the way she was wearing gloves . If she does not want to touch or handle money why is she a cashier . I told her I m in a rush and could not open the right door but I pushed the wrong one . She got extremely vicious and she said “ that’s what happens “ . She seemed like she is seeking fights with customers more than giving them service . This gas station located in Cary one of the most expensive areas in the triangle . Most people who live here are elite people who expect better customer service not Durham shady gas station level of customer service . Owner needs the replace her ASAP if you want business .

This is a convenient gas station on the corner of 55 & High House Road. It's has plenty of gas pumps. It's clean. Staff is always pleasant. They also have great coff
