I had a great experience. I had to call the Cary store and spoke to Sharon, she only had 1 left of the item I needed. She put it to the side with my name on it. I do appreciate that.

Cool place good prices, customer service could use some major work. Never smiling, have no problem at all following you around the entire store in a very accusatory manor but won't ask you if you need help finding anything. I would think that it's a management problem but because it seems to be consistently like that in most stores I seems to be supervisory. Anyways they have a decent selection of some pretty good stuff for great prices over all.

Won’t honor extended protection program, and now claims they can “no longer look up receipts” in the system. I specifically asked the last three times I made a purchase there. It was very convenient to not have to keep track of the paper receipt because I knew that they were all stored under my number in their system.
