Terrible pickup experience with pharmacy manager Tejas Bhagat while picking up at drive-up!
I regularly use this location, and always had prompt and cordial service from pharmacist, Kash. Unfortunately, I encountered Tejas, whom I didn't know prior. He is the polar opposite of what kept me as a loyal customer at this location facilitated via Kash.
I keep a card on my HT profile for shopping and contactless pickup because I’m immune compromised. The problem arose when Tejas refused to use it. Stating it is HT policy to have it card in his hands, despite me showing him the card which matched one in their system, offering to read back info. This same card used prior for many prescriptions including one of two I was there to pickup. When I asked why has every other employee honored my card on file for many years “if it is truly HT policy to do as he wanted by giving him card” , he stated they've all broken policy. The bottom line-I desperately needed to get this antibiotic which he made upsettingly difficult while in pain from infection. Afterthought, the total was $2.22 which I could have paid in cash but was too upset bearing through the pain to think of that. Of course, he never mentioned that. After spending hundreds of dollars each month for prescription needs for years, I will not be returning to this pharmacy.

I had a fantastic experience at Harris Teeter Pharmacy. The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood my medications. I also appreciated the quick service and the pharmacist's (Akash and TJ) genuine care. Highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone looking for exceptional customer service!

Excellent service. Prompt filling Rxs and if needed, special order turn around time. Always very courteous and cordial. Staff has been consistent. Not like other pharmacies that I’ve had to transfer from due to high pharmacist turn over, and short staffing Long phone hold times are never an issue with this pharmacy either.

Plan on waiting two hours for your prescription. Plan on going in or repeating yourself at their drive through 2-3 times.Attendant had to ask everything twice.Not the best Kroger experience

I will elaborate later but the pharmicist here went way over and above the call of duty TWICE. I cant say enough good things about this pharmacy, really seems to put customer first.
