I stood at the seafood counter waiting for almost 20 minutes for someone to come to get me what I wanted. It wasn’t until I had to call the store just to get someone to come back there and still stood another 5 minutes waiting!! I had several of the same employees walk by me more than twice in that 20 minute time frame; the manager included. After she walked by me more than twice, right when I decided I wasn’t giving them my money, then she comes up after I had to call the store to get help, she tells me she can get someone. Why after 20 mins would I want to give my money to this location!! This is the second time within a weeks time frame that I have stood at that counter waiting more than 15 mins for someone to come help me!! Get it together, I know the employees want to go home but I got there at over an hour before they closed!!

I have been visiting this location for almost a decade now. The store is always clean and bright, as well as organized. I have not had any issue with spoiled or out of date product, parking is always available, and inventory is plentiful outside of holidays and weather anomalies. Recently, I noticed that the bakery has also continued its time honored tradition of free sugar cookies to children; something I haven't seen in five years!

Very bad customer service at the Starbucks, I was attended by an older lady, unsure of her name, she seemed was having a bad day and was taking it out on the customers, I ordered my mango dragon fruit with 3 extra scoops of inclusions and she barely gave me any and when I asked for more she said there would be an up charge, I am a regular at Starbucks and know she messed up my order anyways there are many other Starbucks around the area just go there instead, also didn't have a pastry I wanted so when I asked for a different one she very rudely told me I would have to pay the price difference which was not a problem, but she was not very nice
