The store is clean. there are many things I find here that isn't available at other markets. Can be " pricey" $1-3$ more on most items, so I limit visits and what is bought

Eric at the deli was not friendly at all , I almost did not want to finish with my sub order he was holding the meat up close to his face when I asked what other kind of ham he had and he started to throw a fit and slamming the lids on the food covers I feel like he intentionally held the meat up to his mouth and was like we don’t have any other meat when I explain I didn’t want deluxe ham on the Italian but instead Black Forest so I think he got annoyed he had to take off the meat not sure but he had An attitude the entire time and kept slamming and throwing the lids made me uncomfortable it’s like he didn’t want to help me or do his job

I enjoy the consistency of Harris Teeter, but this one is my favorite because it's my local one. The staff is always super nice, the stock is always good. Can't ask for more from a local grocery store! Also, the pharmacy staff is friendly and top notch!

Their bakery has improved a lot with sweet treats. There is still scope for improvement for the store in terms of ambiance, organic stuff availability and meat selection.

I generally only leave reviews when something I feel is bad business happens or if someone goes out of their way to help me. I live ~1 mile from this Harris Teeter and shop here 3-4 times/mo, spending somewhere between $500-1000/mo. Recently bought some Cliff Kid bars as my daughter is a very picky eater and this is one of very few she will have for snack. When she opened (~4-5 days after purchase) it was basically a brick and she claims it hurt her teeth when she bit down expecting soft food. Since these are unusually expensive I decided to try and return and also wanted to let them know as this could be a potential choking hazard for some. However.... instead they refused my exchange without a receipt citing some fine print return policy on a place mat at the customer service counter (which I've never been to before)... because everyone searches for those just to be up to date on the latest grocery store policies. I tried to explain that ive never returned any type of food in my life but this was the rare case that i thought rose to the level of going through the hassle of keeping the bad item and bringing back.. i even demonstrated by tapping it on the counter and it sounded like concrete.... but instead the CSR smirked and treated me like I was some scammer going around with granola bars in plastic bags trying to get free food... she even called the "manager" over and she did the same... I don't want to sound entitled but am I really supposed to keep grocery receipts each week? I always assumed if I had an issue that a large corporation like HT they would just exchange, no questions asked. Idk, maybe that is unreasonable but it really shocked me and the attitude on top did not help. I'm sure those folks don't care and I'm sure HT will survive wo/my business but my only recourse is a bad review and taking my business across the street to Publix... so that's what I will be doing.PSA to all: make sure to keep your grocery receipts and set aside some time to go stand awkwardly at the customer service counter while you read the return policy with a magnifying glass....

Andy in the meat and seafood department was stellar in answering my questions. Excellent customer service that went the extra mile. He deserves a promotion!

Good customer service - from John in produce, to associates at the register, all were very professional and helpful. Nice selection. Wished they carried "seeded" watermelons. Love the coconut pecan cookies!

Fruit is always bad for the most part. I just bought a Canalope and it was rotten. I went back 2 days later and the young manager said I needed to being in the rotten fruit for a credit.WTH.Then the manager couldn't approve a coupon b/c if was over $20 and he needed a real managers approval.Very very poor Customer Service.DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Stopped by mainly to get an item that was on sale. I always glance over the Clerance rack. Found a nostalgia popcorn maker. Hopefully it works. *no store seems to have turkey breast cutlets. . . if you see some, holla at your gurl! ?

Been shopping at this Harris teeter for years. Unfortunately in the last year this place has fallen to one star. Be careful folks if you see it on sale there’s a good chance it’s going to be stale! Not only that, the shelves are rarely full. It looks like when you go in there the place is almost ready to shut down. The quality of the produce has hit an all time low! The cashiers are nice if you can find one. I think they mostly want you to do self check out, which is usually full. Unfortunately although this is the closest to my house, I’m going to another because this is unacceptable. Too bad there’s not a fresh market close by.
