My fridge was delivered to my new home. We still haven't moved in. The fridge looked new. It was packaged and everything. I finally got a chance to clean it out, we are moving in next week. It is a used fridge. It had crumbs and hair under the drawers. I reached out to them and they told me that they are sorry that I am disappointed in the purchase. I was scammed!

Just came in quickly today with my mom to get paint. Michael helped me immediately and was really kind. He tried to match the paint I needed for my bathroom to his best ability even though he didn't have the brand there. It worked!!! Now my little annoyance of seeing chipped paint is gone , Yay! He even recommended the little small roller kit, which worked wonders. Thanks Michael!

F- on refrigerator delivery. Took 8 + weeks to get my second choice (the first order was for the wrong item, then the correct item was indefinitely out of stock.) LINNSTAR (to whom this Home Depot has subcontracted their deliveries) finally showed up with the right fridge, then proceeded to give me grief about having to take fridge up a flight of steps and take the doors off to get it in the house. That done, they refused to remove the internal packing materials, tried to tell me that the removal I paid for meant leaving the old fridge in the back yard and left. I'm still waiting for the promised $50 refund from Home Depot. Worst service I've ever gotten from anybody! Goodbye Home Depot - you'll never see me again!

Home Depot’s color match is AMAZING. I went to Lowe’s and got the same color as my wall and touched up (only to realize it was a completely different shade of gray) Home Depot promised it would be exactly the same as the actual brand (Sherwin Williams) and they did not disappoint! I am so happy I went here before dropping over $120 on paint at Sherwin Williams!! Thank you Home Depot!! And the wonderful gentleman in the paint department!!

The Ryobi Expand-It pole saw attachment was broken, but I lost the original receipt and the registered phone number which I can't recall exactly, even though I bought a five-year warranty. After I told them the situation, they immediately replaced it with another brand new one without hassle.Although they also offer store credit cards, they don’t have a 5% discount like Lowe’s. I think the quality of their products is often better than Lowe’s.

Sold out of the items I was looking for my past 3 visits. Surprised, as they are generally well stocked. Maybe just the all around pinch many retailers are feeling on inventory. Store is usually clean and well staffed.

I took my mom here to get a specific light bulb for her curio cabinet. There were two gentlemen that were more than willing to help us find exactly what she was looking for. They were courteous and friendly and had Smiles on their faces. They made us feel extremely welcome. We will be returning every time!

I recently had an issue with my moving van getting stuck during the tropical storm and came into Home Depot for help. I had earlier that day returned my rental cleaning equipment and had such a great experience, I thought maybe someone knowledgable could give me advice on getting my van unstuck. Rod had many great suggestions, and the gravel he sent home with me did wonders. Other associates who were working that night (Friday, 7/9 around 9:00 / 9:30 pm) also had suggestions and helped me as well, without judgement! THANK YOU Home Depot staff. I have been a loyal customer for years, especially with the rental equipment, and will continue to be for years to come! Rod you're the best!!

Your standard Home Depot, and that’s not a bad thing! I am actually a s***** for HD so I’m a bit biased in that way. However, upon entry I was greeted kindly by a nice young lady. I had to ask several different associates where certain items were located and all of them seemed happy to help. Due to an organized store and helpful employees, I was in and out in no time. 10/10

Spent $30 on a 2 year warranty on an echo es250. The machine quit working on me after two-three months so I take it back to Home Depot where they tell me they won't exchange it and I have to call there technical support/ warranty hotline where I waste 25 minutes of my time just for them to tell me I have to call echo and go under the manufacturer warranty. Their warranties they're selling are BS and won't cover anything until after the manufacturer warranty runs out.

What's a Home Depot employee's favourite game? The customer is lava. They just changed their slogan to: You can do it. We can hide. I feel very tempted to put on one of those orange apron things and tell people: Welcome, now go find it yourself. They have some decent patio furniture, although the parasol didn't block any sun at all.
