We have been the patients of this office for more than 10 years, starting from the first child. Dr Outlaw and Dr Capps are great! Waiting time is average. Never had a problem to schedule the same day appointment for the kids when necessary. Several times we spoke with a doctor on call during after hours. The office staff was changing quite often, but the medical staff is more important to us.

Dr.Outlaw & Ersilia have been seeing me sense I was child a long with my family, they are both amazing ! They always get me in and out and I haven’t ever had any issues ! Highly recommend this doctors office !

Worse Clinic to deal with. Staff is so rude that you feel really bad after talking to them, about anything. Also is almost always full and no use of having them as your Primary Clinic. I am giving ONE star because there is no option for LESS then that. Doctors are Okay but admin staff treats you like they are doing their jobs as a punishment. Please stay away from this clinic. as the management is not working towards improving the experience for their patients.

Hard to get an appointment, they don't really seem to care. No digital forms, no reminders, no enthusiasm from front desk. Rating is lower than McDonalds and they don't respond.

We just relocated here from out of state and have been very happy with this practice. The front office is friendly and answers the phone. The nurses listen and respond to messages and our physician diagnosed my daughter with an illness that had been missed for months by other providers. Happy we chose this wonderful team of healthcare providers!

Overall good staff but you have be lucky to get an appointment within a realistic time frame. I decided to move elsewhere after I was offered an appointment time 4 months away. If I have a serious illness and yet to be diagnosed, I could die by then. Please I ask the staff there to realize what business they are in. If you accumulated too many patients it is your fault! You cannot operate like this.

Unfortunately, you have to wait a long time for someone to help you. On top of that, if you are a new patient, the next available appointment is 4 months down the line. Ridiculous.

Generally nice staff, Capps is knowledgeable, but TWICE IN A ROW, we take off work, pull kids out of school, and are told that their "automated system sometimes cancels appointments with no warning or reason, and we have no interest in working you in". That's literally a deal-breaker. I'll try again, but three strikes and my automated system will find a new family doctor.

I used this practice for 10 + years and loved it. Dr. Capps is Excellent and the staff (front office, PA's nurses, etc.) were always responsive and helpful. I had zero issues getting in to see someone when I needed to be seen quickly. Their referral to specialists and med refill processes worked great. We also had a great doctor before we moved to Raleigh and have been lucky to have two great docs and practices back-to-back. We have just moved from Raleigh and hope we can find someone as good as the practice we just left.
