We usually get great service when we come here and enjoy our experience. Today was not that. My fiancé took her rings in to get sized for our up coming wedding. I had a custom inscription done on her engagement ring. She worked with the manager and they even talked to the jeweler about it. They promised they would not cut it at the inscription but on the side.We went to pick it up today and there was no inscription. If we had not checked, they would have handed it back to us and said nothing.They took it back worked on replacing the inscription. When we got it again, it was rough and sharpe. Not clean or smooth.They tried to clean it up again, but still not the way we brought it.Frustrating and especially to my fiancé.

OMG we had the absolute best experience here today!! Amber and the other ladies there were amazing!! Today I was proposed to and when we went in to get my ring they made us feel like family. We told Amber the story and she was just as excited as I was. That alone made the whole experience great!! My ring needed a size adjustment and they were able to get it done same day so that I can start wearing right away. We thank you ladies for making our day even more special!!! Oh yea! I said yes!!!

I wanted to get my wedding band and engagement ring changed into a new set. I was so nervous to go just anywhere, however I called and spoke to Natalie on the phone before going into the store. She was so energetic and helpful with all of my questions! When I came into the store she also helped me pick out exactly what I had envisioned. The new set with my former diamond looks amazing! I was so impressed with the entire process! Thank you to Jared’s and Natalie for all of your help.

We came into Jared’s looking as a couple for something that would fit us individually as a team. I had a scar from childhood that would effect me and wearing something everyday for the rest of my life, it needed to meet several factors for me. I also wasn’t sure what I wanted, but knew some things I didn’t want. He knew what he wanted so for him it wasn’t so hard. Jon Grant welcomed us, had a short consult and escorted us to where to look. He then gave us; more so me, space to browse but the moment that one ring spoke to me, he was keen enough to wait for me to ask him for help and go right to itwhen I did ask. He was vigilant, professional, and patient. Within an hour , he helped me find what I wanted.We then wanted to check other places so visited a Bailey’s. We asked twice to be shown loose stones and was then directed to already built rings. Then got passed to another associate and still had not been heard so within 10 minutes we decided to leave. Came back to Jon Grant at Jared’s in Walnut St, Cary, Nc and he immediately jumped into action and delivered the most amazing, customer service experience that is lacking so much in this day and time.Thank you Jared’s Jon Grant

Needed a ring I purchase in Bermuda several years ago resized. I took it to Jared and they completed it in 3 days. I can now wear it again. Great job.

Ya'll are a sad excuse for a jewelry store. Your customer service is abysmal. Considering an engagement is supposed to be one of the happiest times in a couples life, the experience of buying the ring should be memorable for the good versus the bad. To start, your sales staff cannot be entrusted to input the correct contact information into the system to contact the correct person after the sale of a ring. Ladies, do not make a profile here to save your ring preferences because if your significant other makes the terrible mistake to purchase a ring here, you will be notified every step of the way. Surprises?? Jared's in Cary has never heard of such a thing. Repeatedly being contacted about a ring you weren't supposed to know about is unacceptable. Then, the time finally comes for the proposal, and you can't even get the ring size right? How long have you been in this business? Its one thing for it to be off by .5 sizes, mistakes happen. But 3 sizes too small?? Ridiculous. Did I mention there was no sense in making a profile here? They'll input the incorrect size in their system anyways. And to top it all off, when told of these mishaps your associate laughed and said "whoops". That woman should be fired. Its a "whoops" to give someone the wrong size milkshake in the drive-thru. But no worries, you were able to resize the ring the same day - how wonderful. NOPE. You forgot to re-engrave the inside of the band once it was resized. This has been such an atrocious experience and I cannot express the amount of regret I have that the ring was purchased here. And even after all of this wrongdoing, no offer of a discount, no sympathy, no accountability taken. Your associates and manager should be ashamed.

Cary location very unprofessional. I came in to get a ring sized that I had just purchased in Mebane and was asked why I didn’t get it sized in Mebane. Firstly, the Mebane location advised me that they send their rings off to get sized and they don’t resize in-house and that it would be a few weeks as they send their rings off. If I choose not to wait a couple weeks when I’m spending my money I don’t expect to be questioned. Secondly, why question a customer like that as if you don’t want to provide service for them because they didn’t purchase from you?! Im sure this was the reason! I should feel comfortable walking into any Jared. The same group of ladies standing there (as I was also doing a return), asked why didn’t I do my return in Mebane. Why all the questions? I have spent more than $7k of my hard earned money at Jared, but even if I’ve spent $1k this is no way to address customers by making them feel uninvited and as if a customer shouldn’t be there. I can purchase, return or resize wherever I like if I’m spending my money! I will not be returning to the Cary location. I bet if I were making a purchase they wouldn’t have asked why didn’t I make the purchase in Mebane. A customer shouldn’t be made to feel as they shouldn’t be there because they didn’t make a purchase with you! Customer service goes a long way and has a lasting impression. Who knows, I may have been back to purchase something from you in the future or perhaps recommended someone to this location.

We had the best experience at Jared on Walnut Street. We came in for some jewelry cleaning and repairs. We worked with Brandon and he was incredibly kind and patient. He answered all our questions and was helpful in getting what we needed. This will definitely be my go to location for my jewelry needs in the future.

We had such a good experience working with Brandon at Jared on Walnut Street. He focused on us while also making sure other people that came into the store felt welcome and knew they would be helped soon. He was so helpful in checking in on the repair of my ring.

I can't speak highly enough about Daniel. He was approachable, patient, and accommodating while helping me build the ring of my fiancé's dreams. He shared my excitement and sent me updates every bit of the way as it was being created. The whole team has been wonderful and communicated clearly to help make my ring customizing an easy process! Additionally, we're an LGBTQ couple, and I felt safe, respected, and supported throughout my experience.

I was gifted a ring from my mother-in-law and it was a bit too big. Daniel was very kind and helpful. He found a sizer to help tighten it on my finger and he even cleaned the ring for me. I’ll definitely be back to Jared next time I’m in the market for jewelry. Thank you, Daniel!
