“10/10 We ABSOLUTELY recommend J. M. Edwards. We contacted Christian about setting a loose diamond for my engagement ring. At first, seeing J. M. Edwards was intimidating but everyone there immediately put us at ease. I went over exactly what I wanted with Christian; he respected our budget and made us feel heard and comfortable (especially comfortable expressing how we actually felt and being able to say no if/when we needed to). After we decided to have J.M. Edwards create my ring, they got the first CAD to me right when they said they would (about 2 weeks later). Christian was SO SO SO patient and helpful as we went back and forth with the things I loved and wanted to be changed with the design. After a few weeks of back and forth over email and one more in-person trip, I received the design that we went with (bless the CADesigner, they did about four or so drafts - trust the process and the professionals). Then four weeks later my ring was ready! I had also asked Christian to order a wedding band to match the band of my engagement ring, both rings were ready when I went to pick it up. At a few different points through this process, Christian asked me to trust him - he was so right. I LOVE my rings. I cannot overstate how helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly Christian was as well as everyone we interacted with at J. M. Edwards! They have our jewelry-related business. I love working with them and know you will too!”

“Mom had a ring that had been run over by a car in her jewelry box for years. I heard about Johnson's from a friend who has lived in Cary many years, so decided to take the ring in and see if they could fix it. The lady that helped us when we left the ring made no promises, but said they would try. She was so kind! Today we picked up the ring....and it was even better than new!! Not only did they fix it, they cleaned it up and it was shining like new. She is so pleased and the people there are so helpful. I will come here for any repairs and even a watch battery from now on. A small but wonderful store with wonderful customer service!”

“Truly another great experience with Mark Andrews (see my other review!) My husband and I walked in at 1:50 (knowing they close at 2 on Saturdays) expecting to run in quick to drop off his wedding band for resizing. Tyler helped my husband pick the right size, then asked if I wanted my engagement ring cleaned. I handed it to him and he instantly identified that the center stone was loose and held it to my ear to hear the rattle. He went into the back with both our rings for a couple minutes, then came back to tell me he had fixed my ring (even though it was purchased elsewhere), cleaned it, and also SIZED my husband's ring and polished it up, too. We were out of there by 2:00, and both our minds were blown! Tyler worked his magic, yet again. I don't even leave reviews and I've felt compelled to leave Mark Andrews two!”
