“I had an excellent experience with Raleigh Diamond. Gina, the rep that helped me, was truly an expert in her field and helped me and my now fiance pick the ring that was perfect for us. I'm the type of person who before they buy something needs to do a ton of research on it. So I familiarized myself with cut quality and clarity and even had a friend teach me how to read a diamond report so I could figure out what was worth it and what wasn't worth it. What's nice is that every diamond comes with a GIA report so you can see specifics on the diamond itself. And they teach you how to read the reports so you know what you're doing. Pricing is in line with other online retailers but just having an actual person to work with is so refreshing and helpful. I never felt like I was being pushed into making decision immediately or without proper knowledge. Overall the environment, pricing, and expertise and friendliness of of my rep Gina is why I feel like 5 stars is well deserved.”
