I did my NC car inspection here and it was very quick and easy! Took less than 15 mins and they charged a very reasonable price. I would definitely come back again and would recommend coming during the middle of the week when it’s not as busy.

I have been taking my car to Jiffy Lube at THIS location ever since I purchased it used. I never had any complaints. But I am guessing that this have changed under new ownership. My experience today was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I have never felt like my pockets were attempting to be raped until today. I went in for an oil change and inspection and after not even 5 minutes in, they are giving me a list of services that they recommend. Nothing less that $120 each. One of the RECOMMENDATIONS was new brakes. I found this truly hard to believe because I JUST got brand new tires in January and bad brakes was never mentioned. I respectfully declined and said I was only there for an oil change and inspection today. The guy said ok. And then not even 10 minutes later, he says the car is ready. My total was $155!!! AND THEY FAILED MY CAR!!! WITH NO WARNING!!!! When I asked why, he said "brakes were metal on metal". I asked why he didn't mention that my car would likely fail if I didn't get the brakes fixed, and I received no response. I paid for the "service" and furiously left. I took my car 6 miles away to another inspection place and told them the situation. I told them I want an HONEST OPINION about my brakes and they told me my brakes were fine! And they passed my car!!!!
This Jiffy Lube location WILL NEVER get my service again. And they clearly see opportunities in women and they take advantage. I plan on calling corporate as well. In today's world, where everything is rising, I find it EXTREMELY disheartening that this type of mentality and behavior exists so blatantly. I hope someone from the shop reads this and knows that as a woman, I find this shop ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!! Shame on the owner.

Went to have my inspection this morning. During inspection young man came in to ask me if I wanted to have my wiper blades changed. I can change my own. He failed my inspection. Said he could ask me if I wanted them changed, but not tell me I would fail the inspection. I paid for wiper blades, and another inspection. He changed them in the parking lot. Never got a second inspection. SCAM!! Keep going. Last time i go to Jiffy Lube.

Really horrible service here. I went in for an oil change and inspection and they came back and told me that the battery had died and that the car wouldn’t start and that I needed a new battery. One of the clamps on the terminal was loose so they took it off which requires the system to reset by driving it 50-100 miles. I wiggled the clamp a little bit and it started right up. I asked them to please tighten the clamp but when I got home and checked it they hadn’t tightened it. I also discovered that they had taken the registration card out and not returned it. I don’t recommend this location!
