DRIVER BEWARE!!!!! Tried to up sell me on new brake pads. I was told l needed new brake pads and my brakes were in the red. Went to my dealer and had a multipoint inspection and received a print out which showed my breaks pads at 6, 6, 6, and 6 which was in the GREEN. STOP!!!! IF THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU NEED NEW BREAK PADS, GO TO YOUR DEALERSHIP AND GET A FREE MULTIPOINT INSPECTION BEFORE YOU LET JIFFY LUBE AT HIGH HOUSE REPLACE YOUR BRAKE PADS.

Extorted my elderly grandfather into paying $80 for new windshield wipers for a brand new car to pass inspection. Claimed they were $9 for a pair and that without buying them, they’d fail his inspection. The car was brand new and did not need windshield wipers, but having already spent money on the inspection, what choice did he have?

These guys set me up! After working 45 minutes to replace bulb then walks in and tells vehicle failed inspection and that I needed to go to garage to fix and that I had to return to their store to get inspection. They charged me for it even though didn't receive my services. You guys suck. They should Let me know you can't fix it and send me on. I thought your name was jiffy lube now zippy

I just wanted to speak about the customer service over the phone and in person. I called ahead early this morning and asked if they were busy the person who answered was very short and dismissive. I contemplated on even going because of the phone call but i decided to go anyway which is my fault I will never make that mistake again. I pull up to the back for service a guy with short black hair walks up and tells me to get out in an unfriendly way. I tried to re position my car and he was such in a rush so I proceeded to get out. The whole interaction between getting out the car and checking out with the guy with the mask was very unfriendly and I will not be returning. I know it’s early in the morning but you have a job to do and you have to treat people with respect and kindness and I didn’t get that unfortunately.

This place is terrible. I got there at opening for an inspection and the person helping me immediately told me that my paperwork was wrong and that it was the bill and not the registration. This made me question myself and so i started to ruffle through the glovebox and picked up a previous registration and noticed it was the same as the document I had put out. I told him this is the registration and he said okay follow me. When i questioned why he said it was the bill and not the registration without looking he said “It is early and they don’t pay me enough”. I then asked for the manager as this is ridiculous and he said he was the manager. Awful.

The oil change was fine, however they tried to upsell me on numerous services that I did not ask for. I did not at all appreciate this.

Cannot be trusted.
This was just a skid plate but it speaks volumes to their sloppiness and disregard for their customers.
Our family’s been coming here for years but recently we bought new cars and were using the dealership services so this was the first time back in a while with my vehicle.
I could hear them talking during the oil change and they lost some bolts. I got back home and went under my vehicle. 2 bolts were missing out of the metal skid plate which protects the oil pan and a third wasn’t even threaded all the way in.
I went back and confronted them. They “fixed” it. So I checked it before driving off. They put the missing ones back in but both were loose (I could unthread them with my fingers) and they didn’t even attempt to tighten the one with the threads showing! One of them appears that it can’t even be tightened so I’ll be taking to the dealership to get that one fixed.
Needless to say we won’t ever be back with any of our vehicles.

Do not come here if you have any to do within 2 hours. Why does a car inspection take an hour and 30 minutes is beyond my comprehension. With 4 guys on staff there is no excuse. And when you ask for updates they just say still working on it. It also didn’t help the guy working on my car moved like a snail.
