The only reason I’m giving a 1 star is because customer service was. Now how can I buy a pair of shoes and bring them back and they will not refund my money. So I had to switch shoes something I didn’t want to do and get a couple of things I didn’t need. They don’t tell you the policy of no refund but have them in letters on the side of the counter. I recommend people to shop elsewhere because other stores have the same shoes and the option to refund!!!!

I made a purchase for my daughter a particular shoe she wanted ordered the wrong size immediately sent an email to advise if they could correct the size. I was told no the order would be cancelled. I then go back in to order the same shoe in the correct size everything went to hell from there. I was charged twice only received one pair of shoes but they are telling me the original order was delivered because of the time frame I notice they tell me nothing thry can do. z

Haven't found a Jimmy Jazz that I really appreciated. I agree on the not being helpful and also impolite. As for the selections: I have found them to be more favorable for the next generation. Retro Jordan 5 are extinct?

Unfortunately my experience with Jimmy Jazz's was not encouraging for future business. I was recommended by a friend to buy a gift for my partner. I took a shoe along to match my purchase. I selected two shirts and was informed by the clerk of the 14 day return policy that is all. My partner did not like my choices and I went back to Jimmy Jazz to return the items within the 14 day period. I was informed that I was not able to return the items for refund only a in store credit. Why would a merchant choose to hold a customer hostage, insisting that you spend your cash with them? As a retired military man with 40 plus years of combined military and customer service experience I am amazed at how much business you are walking right out the door. I would reconsider my policy to ensure return business. As a business owner and consumer you cannot expect to survive in this economy and your location. Should have went to Macy's.

Went into the store just now to make a purchase and was told no cash because the system has been closed down. Where do they do that in a mall on a Friday. People have plans young people go out and as a store you shouldn't tell me cash is no good. So I guess they don't need the money and their customers aren't there top concern, only getting out at 9.

This is just one of the places I walk by and shake my head wondering how these bad companies stay in business. Never again would I shop here. And " managers " here are not real managers. Clearly they are not educated or even know what customer service is. It's like Walmart but worse with terrible return policy .

They had Horrible customer service, very rude and impatient.Didn't even acknowledge the fact we came in, plus they discriminated against us becuase they greeted other people but us. We also had to ask for help and when we did all we got was an attitude, expecially the employee mery and guy that was with her.

If I could put zero I would.. I was going to purchase a pair of Jeans that were in the 29.00 rack. There was serveral of the kind I had there and the worker said yes they were 29.00 after i waited 15 mins for them to finally come . the manger very rudly cut her off and said those are new arrivals and are 69.00. the whole time we were there they followed me and my kids around like we were going to steal something.the mananger was Very rude with me when when I told her I found them in the rack that was marked 29.00.

This is the worst Jimmy Jazz location I've ever been in and I've shopped at several. I waited for about 10 minutes before employees emerged from the the back of the store and the only reason they came out was a ringing store phone. When he did come to the register instead of completing my transaction an employee used the terminal to clock in from break. I walked out and brought my shoe protector at Journey's instead. If you want a pleasurable shopping experience skip this Jimmy Jazz location. This is the second review I've ever written in my life, they were so bad I had to.
