Lazy workers at this store. My mom asked me to stop by and see if they had duck canvas. I have no clue at all what that is. So I grabbed a number and waited in line. When my number was called the girl cutting didn’t know what it was. The other woman said yeah it’s over there ( about 20feet away). I already spent like 20 mins trying to find it. I asked if she could show me real quick( it would take get literally 1 minute) she refused. These lazy people deserve to loose their jobs.

While older reviews complained about messy store yet nice staff, I went there yesterday and got a messy store PLUS a rude staff.
Trying to find an item which according to the website had 8 in stock. Nothing on the shelf.
Asked a staff, and she just told me the 8 items were in the store but not yet stocked. I asked whether she could go to the back and find one for me. She plainly replied:
No. They are all in the boxes and I can't find them.
Then she just turned around and walked away!
I didn't know whether she was asking for help from some senior staff or not, so I stood there at the same place for another couple of minutes. Then finally realized she didn't plan to return at all.
I was not expecting a "sorry and have a good one", but she should at least tell me there's nothing she could do and let me know I don't need to waste any further time in this store.
Do us a favor, just close this store. I really don't mind buying from the website. I am even willing to pay a shipment cost, for real.

I've been to a fair share of Jo Anns and I have to say that the fabric selection here is large. I assume they have a smaller staff as the place layout is chaos. Boxes and carts everywhere making 2 people in even the main aisles having to squeeze past stock.

Reviews from over a year ago say the same. This store is not stocked. The first half of the store and the fabric is fine. The back left corner is a disaster. This is a management issue. Please fix it. I went to Michael’s down the road. Perfect condition and fully stocked. Found what I needed

I drove 2 hours to come pick up a fabric that was supposed to have a full 8yard bolt. When I arrived the store looked like a tornado went through it ! They couldn’t find the fabric at all even though in the system it said it was available! Beautiful white bridal fabrics allllll over the floor !! Everything was mixed up and falling from everywhere ! Still had to drive another 30 mins to a different store ! Talk about pissed !

This is was my first and last time Ever going to a Joann. This store is by far the most disgusting fabric stores I’ve ever encountered from the store to the heavyset manager. This location is so dirty, junky, dusty, unorganized and cluttered. They really need to clean up the place in general

Been coming in for months hoping they’d adequately stock their buttons sections, as I have several blouses I need to finish, and Mood charges for shipping. The store manager should be ashamed of the state of this store. It’s messy, low inventory, and I can hear the fabric cutters cussing all across the store. Literally nothing has been restocked in the button section for at least 4 months. They are either closing or someone is sleeping on the job.

Bunch of thieves.. charged my card twice and won’t refund me $20.. keeps insisting they can’t see any transactions of my card on their registers and I need to take it with the back.. rude staff, utter garbage store! Take your money somewhere else.

Edit: Updated review to reflect how poorly staffed this store is. It was bad 7 years ago. Somehow it’s worse now. Pay your people equitably, Joann, so you can attract more employees.
This place is always understaffed. It's not unusual to wait 30 minutes just to have fabric cut. Checkout is typically slow as well. Typically a frustrating visit when we come here.

I love Joann's but this location specifically is God awful! The isles are literally in walkable let alone getting a cart through them. It looks like a bomb went off in there and nothing is organized for on the shelves. I have been to many Joann's in various states and I have NEVER seen a store this chaotic it's impossible to find anything.

I have been making my own clothes for years now and JoAnn fabrics is my go-to for material and supplies. The workers are always super friendly however the issue I see being mentioned in a lot of the negative reviews seems to be the result of the fact that they only pay $9.35/hr or so. No wonder they can't find enough employees to keep the stores in order . Bums me out however between entitled customers and corporate greed it makes for quite the predicament.

Had a great experience today! But Robert made our visit extraordinary! His cashier number is 868508. He was extremely kind and helped us figure out how to use our app!! He has amazing customer service skills and made us feel so taken care of!
