Harris Teeter is noted for its fresh, high-quality selection of meats, seafood, and produce, along with a Fresh Foods Market for entertaining. Reviews frequently highlight great customer service, with specific praise for helpful and caring staff members in the deli and with mobile orders. However, some customers express disappointment with this location, citing a less impressive meat selection compared to other stores, occasionally dirty communal tables, and misplaced items like popcorn. A particular point of contention is the placement of shopping cart corrals only at the front, which is seen as inconvenient and a potential hazard.
Never thought I would leave a review for a grocery store, but I’ve been coming here for about a year and every staff member I’ve interacted with has been pleasant and helpful. You just don’t see that anymore. They’re the reason I keep coming back to this store.
