The computers were down when I arrived for my blood work. While this was a definite inconvenience to those of us waiting, and to Juan, who was the lab tech on duty- Juan was friendly, emotionally regulated rather than reactive, efficient...! This lab corp lab has a great employee in Juan!

I was turned away from a nearby location because they don't accept walk-ins. This location however did accept me as a walk-in. There was no wait and the staff is very friendly. I will be returning here the next time I need blood work.
