Definitely get an appointment. One of the staff was running late so there was only one person working, meaning all the walk ins were going to wait a very long time as they have 2 appointments scheduled every 15 minutes. The staff member I worked with was wonderful. I usually have issues with blood draws and I had none here.

I went to this location multiple times over the course of a month and had a good experience each time. MAJOR caveat that you should 100% go with an appointment or expect to wait. Wait time WITH an appointment was less than 5 mins and techs were great and friendly.
