Today was super Amazing I absolutely love Dr. Silva and her assistance and the front desk lady Ms. Whitney didn't let me leave until I was straight!! I love it here!!! Highly recommended!

Wow! I transferred from a smaller practice and was worried about just being an insurance claim. How wrong I was!! Front desk associates were calm and patient getting my records from my prior dentist and Stacey was fabulous with my x-rays and cleaning. The dentist, forgot her name, was very thorough when explaining something to me. Overall...5 plus stars for my 1st visit.

I suffer from high anxiety and depression and I have Asperger syndrome which is part of the autism Spectrum. The doctor was great at explaining everything to me and my mom while she worked inside my mouth putting in a filler for my tooth. The pain was minimal. The dentist assistant was outstanding also and helpful as she too explained what was taken place and making sure we were aware of our next appointment.

We love Lane + Associates at Tyron. They see our whole family, ages 2+. The entire staff is fantastic, organized and friendly - my middle daughter wants to be a dentist now due to their positive impact. 10/10 recommend for the entire family.

Love it here… Front desk is amazing… they make you feel welcome and at home. The hygienist and the doctors are so patient and so welcoming and gentle with you it makes you don’t want to ever go to anyone else. Thank you we should have more Dental clinics just like you.

The dentist was not very friendly and did not have a clue what was wrong with my tooth. She was wanting to do a root canal without even trying other options first. The dental assistant knew more what was going on than the provider. I had an infection in my tooth and the dentist said there was no infection there, after the assistant told me there was. I went somewhere else received some antibiotics and now I am pain free, without the expensive bill and keeping my tooth. I would not recommend this provider to anyone.

I was really impressed with the hygienist, she was very clean and well prepared. I have covid fears but she made me feel comfortable in my setting, the office itself was not overbooked so space was phenomenal, hygienist was very knowledgeable, good experience

If you want to waste your time, gas, and money go here. They seem to just want to sell you products and services you don't need and don't listen to you. They advertise "Same day Crown", but can't deliver the service. Total waste of our time, money, and gas. I wish they would have been upfront and honest about what services they could actually provide before driving a hour to their office. I recommend going somewhere else more honest.

The office staff is incompetent. I have been trying for 3 days to schedule an appointment for a reconstruction following a root canal. I've been told several times I would be called back, which never happened. They don't return voicemails or even seem to know how to do the basics of their job.My root canal was done at a separate Lane and Associates location, so why am I being asked by Whitney, front desk staff, to call that office so they can email her what was done? When I called the other location, I was told it is in their system and either the Tryon Rd or Green Level location would call me back. This has never happened. Since they apparently closed for Labor Day, when I call tomorrow it will have been 4 days, if you're not including the weekend. If you include the weekend, it's been 6 days I've been trying just to get the appointment scheduled.It's a shame because the doctors are generally pretty good. They need to retrain or hire competent front desk staff.

Had a great experience with the wonderful women that work there! I had a very traumatic experience in the past at another office so, I was very nervous to get a cleaning again. Vanessa was so patient and gentle when cleaning my teeth. Thank you!

Everyone from check in to check was awesome and professional. Everything was explained to me clearly regarding my care, in real time and my treatment plan. I left my previous dental practice because the dentists didn’t not wash their hands, before starting my exam,I had to tell them to wash their hands. It was a relief to see the dentist wash his hands before starting my exam. Vanessa was the best dental hygienist I have ever seen. She gets 5 stars. Really enjoyed my first visit.

I love this place! Just moved here from WI and found Lane through my insurance. I went in for a cleaning and x-rays two weeks ago, and needed fillings, so I scheduled for today. The hygienists are so nice and Dr. Silvia is simply the best. Calmed my nerves, did a thorough job and I was in and out in less than an hour BOTH times (which is always a plus). Thank you for helping me love my smile and the dentist again. See you in 6 months!

My kids loved getting their teeth cleaned. Everyone was so nice from when we first entered the door! We also got to enter a contest to win a trip to a beach house. That was exciting. Thank you to the staff. The doctor was very gentle with my kids.

Great place to take care of your dental needs. This business make you feel like your family not just a number in a corporate setting. Staff is kind and courteous. Front desk is amazing. Whitney was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
