I have giving this place my prescription for a CPAP machine over 3 months ago and never received a status update. I had called them many times and was told they will call me back. However, they never called me back. Reached out to my insurance provider to see if they submitted the insurance request and my insurance company said they never received a request. I would not recommend using them. They are a disgrace.

I have placed numerous calls to this company, for my new, prescribed VPAP machine. Someone by the name of "Michelle" (told me that's "all I needed to know about her name"), told me they "JUST got a corrected Rx", from my doctor. She was extremely rude, for someone representing a medical equipment company. She has not had time to get the order "worked up", but would send it to be processed and someone would call me. She told me I had to come in to get it. I told her, all of my equipment has been delivered and set up for me. She "didn't know anything about that". I asked to talk to the Regional Manager, but she said she couldn't give me their name or phone number. I have never had this much trouble, getting my medical equipment from Lincare, until I had to deal with this office, in Cary, NC and "Michelle". My doctor told me, they kept him on hold several times, for long periods of time, when he called and his nurse has had to FAX the Rx to them several times. The doctor's office FAX machine kept saying it sent, but Lincare kept saying they "never got it"....although it was sent to the correct FAX number. Me trying to get a new machine has been over a month. I am VERY unhappy with that office and warn you not to use them, if you can find a different medical supplier.

This company is horrible! My Dr placed an order for a replacement CPAP about 6 months ago. I called them literally about 20 times about it. They always said they were 'very busy' and they will call. They never called. I ended up getting the machine from Family Medical. When (not if) Lincare fails you, call them.

I called Jan 2024 to order supplies for my CPAP. I also gave new coverage info since I was me on Medicare along with my secondary insurance info. I was told it would take 2 weeks. I kept waiting and when I finally realized it had been way longer than that , I called them again. They had my new insurance info on file but stated the call center I had phoned shut down and the call center just got the info last month! Seriously?????

Horrible customer service. Very difficult to get in touch with anyone from this company. If you have a choice avoid this company.

John brought my mom's oxygen concentrator out today. He was polite. He clearly explained everything. He treated my mom with a lot of respect. Thank you John for a job well done.

They do not call back no matter how important it is or how many times they tell me they will even when I express concern that I haven't been called back in the past. They only have one phone number for every department and no emails and no names to give out and can’t confirm if you’re even clicking the right extensions. I’m very polite but I do call often maybe once a week because I need some help or supplies and at this point I’m worried they are purposely letting my call go to the main operator who can’t help me with anything. I always end up wanting to cry or bang my head against the wall after. Fail

I want to highlight what outstanding service I received from Angela who provided excellent and caring teaching on supplies received. She is a true asset to Lincare. Angela is very knowledgeable and professional. Kudos also to Michelle in customer service she was just wonderful and expedited my order. Thanks to each of you for going the extra mile. They will lie to you and rip you off in a heartbeat. Stay far away!!I was wrongly charged for 3 months for a piece of equipment. These monthly charges were never disclosed or explained to me at drop off for equipment. The charges were never signed for. I never authorized these charges. Shortly after, in June, the regional manager reviewed this and agreed these charges were not owed and assured me the balance would be zero.Now 4 months later, I'm still receiving a bill for the same amount (3 months). I have called and left several messages over the past few months, the manager refuses to call me back. Many times they direct me to the billing department who just hangs up on me. They continue to harass me with phone calls and letters several times a month for a balance I do not owe.It seems like they just lied to me to get me off the phone but never adjusted the bill after they admitted it was their mistake in the first place. They are dishonest, untrustworthy, and extremely unprofessional.Believe all the other awful reviews and go to a competitor. Don't take my word for it, just look at their average rating of 1.6. You have to actively try to be awful at customer service to get scores that low. It's almost like that's their goal to get the lowest possible score.Avoid this place like the plague and hide your wallet from these crooks!

Terrible experience. It took 3 months and 20 days to get my prescription filled. 79 business days! I called weekly for updates and not once in that amount of time did Lyncare call me back or initiate any contact with me. Every time I called I gave them the same info and they were clueless. And yesterday when I finally picked up my replacement CPAP, they still couldn't get things right on their computers and told me, "just take it (the CPAP) and we'll figure it out later."The people I worked with complained about coworkers and personal problems, and really seemed to not know what they were supposed to be doing. I hope to never have to use this company again!
