Came in tonight around 6:30 looking for some blinds. The app pointed me at the right aisle, but there weren't any of the particular blinds I wanted, despite the app saying there was 55 in stock, so I went looking for someone to ask.
I found a man named Ivan a few aisles over and asked for his help. He ended up finding a box of them on the very top of the shelves, and went up there to get them for me.
I appreciate Ivan's help.

We just completed an entire kitchen renovation. Planning with Karly who was outstanding was a lot of fun. She clearly knew what she was doing and advised us well in the process.
Lowes used Carolina Construction and Restoration to demo and install the cabinets. They communicated well with us, and crew was great to work with. They were on the ball, friendly, tidy and professional.
We had some frustration with Lowes when it came to lining up tiling of the backsplash. We had purchased the tile, but ended up caught in the miscommunication between store departments. It was after we talked to Karly about this frustration that things were resolved very quickly and we had the product delivered and installed in a manner of days. Legacy Flooring sent a professional who did outstanding work tiling our backsplash. I loved that folks in the store in various departments recommended to talk to Karly. Yes, she is that good.

I recently purchased some power tools at Lowe’s and was completely satisfied with my experience. The store had a wide variety of high quality products at good prices. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, helping me find exactly what I needed. The purchasing process was quick and efficient. I will definitely return for future purchases of tools and other home products. Highly recommended!

I've had bad experiences on two different occasions - The first time was when my wife and I were trying to purchase a door slab - When the associate at the doors aisle heard that it was a 34" door (Which is an uncommon size), he laughed at me and said I didnt know how to use a measuring tape, and followed us around the store.
The second time was when I was trying to buy a toilet supply line, and asked an associate there if they had a line with a metal nut on it instead of a plastic ballcock nut - He rudely told me that if I try putting the nut on, I'd see that they work the same way - Besides the snark/rude customer service, telling people to use a plastic female connector on a metal male connector is dangerous, and is a risk factor for flooding/water damage. Please stop treating your customers like we are the problem - I have started driving the extra distance to elsewhere solely to avoid rude customer service.

I hate to do bad reviews, but they need to hire cashier 's less self checkout. I know , I know it saves the company $ ,sadly it hurts people in more ways then one.. The HR there needs training also very unequipped to handle people ,as well as giving them the resources to do a good job.. They need clean up .

Update - I called the number Lowe's owner said to call and was met with the same BS as I was the first time. Lowe's has no interest in taking responsibility for selling a LEMON. Also, the Frigidaire repairman showed up at my parents house after two weeks and then left without fixing the unit. He claims he has to order parts and won't be back for another ten days.
I strongly recommend that you NEVER buy anything from Lowe’s. This Lowe’s in particular took advantage of my geriatric parents and sold them Frigidaire fridge that they knew did not work. Within days of this piece of crap getting delivered to their house they had to make two service calls through Frigidaire. Now, 5 months later the fridge doesn’t work at all. Lowe’s says we have to go through Frigidaire for help and that will be 10 days later. So my 80 something year old parents have no working fridge because this Lowe’s knowingly sold them a lemon and the manager refuses to do anything about it to right this wrong.
I am very confident that they took advantage of my parents trust and knowingly sold them a $1500 piece of crap that they knew had issues.
I will make it my life’s work to see that they suffer consequences for this. Taking advantage of trusting, elderly people is one of the worst acts one can commit.

So recently I've realized they have dog training classes in Lowe's. People slowly walking around the store in the middle of the aisles while they're training dogs. I love dogs but not in my way when I'm shopping. Lowes should really get a handle on this

Store is severely understaffed and inattentive. Walked around the appliance section for close to an hour and no one was available to help. Asked an employee for assistance and he called for someone in the department and no one showed up.
It's like any standard big box hardware store.. and service just keeps tanking.
I realize I currently have my hackles raised but it doesn't excuse the experience.

Came in today with a return the lady that help
Me was named Maria at the returns desk. She was very helpful efficient and a multi tasker. She was helping me answering the phone and helping another associate out all the while keeping her composure. Just wanted to give her a shout out and that I was very much impressed by her.
