Very good, clean store. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I find a couple of items that I regularly shop for are frequently out of stock. Otherwise it's a 5-star Lowe's.

Had an okay shopping experience, but the end killed it for me. There was not a single person at a register, meaning I had to scan a full grocery cart of groceries myself. Their machine is full of glitches and lags and god forbid you go to use one of the paper bags they have provided, as it will ding you for putting unscanned items in the bagging area. Tried to get a bottle of water but the ones they have in the little fridges have no barcodes? If they’re free, great. If they’re not, whose bright idea was that? Then when I got outside, I couldn’t even push my cart to my car because the little thing on it they have to keep people from stealing them kept stopping the cart. Ridiculous.

All usual departments, but this one has a beer shop for tasting and even drinking on premises. Also, a great selection of beers, including mini-kegs.

My partner and I walked in to this location at 11:55 PM to grab ONE item located at the front of the store. Once we were inside, a middle aged black man raised his arm —almost hitting my partner- and aggressively shouts “woah woah woah, we’re closed.” There was also a middle aged Caucasian woman at checkout who followed up with “yea we’re closed already.” The hours online and on the door list closing at 12 AM, midnight. I asked for clarification “do you close at midnight? We need one item and it will take less than one minute”. She had the most smug attitude and proceeded to turn us away. There were 3 customers in line and the register was not closed, yet. The poor service we experienced was unacceptable and did not leave either of us feeling like a valued customer. I do not plan to return to this location, as I have never had such a poor experience at a Lowe’s Foods. Terrible service.

I wanna like this place, I really like the atmosphere and the Beer Den. It's tough for me to do any real grocery shopping here though. The last time I went I got some pork chops. Got home, opened the package and I was hit with smell of rotten meat. I returned to the store and was refunded. Silly me, I purchased some more pork and got home, same issue, rotten smelling meat. Too frustrated and hungry to return. Hopefully this is something they can improve on.

I usually go to Holly spring for chicken for lunch they have the best chicken today I went to Lowe's food in cary on Tryon rd the worst chicken ever it taste burnt hard and bland I want ever get chicken from that Lowe's food again they over fry the chicken
