Dominique was amazing and incredibly helpful! She even found my last purchase in the system from 20 years ago to help me with my decision. I cannot recommend this store enough. I came in hot because I had misinterpreted the pricing online and Dominique was so understanding. She stayed 30 minutes after the store closed to finish the sale, she didn’t rush it. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted.

I had a fantastic experience finding my perfect bed with Lynwood. He was incredibly knowledgeable and let me test out various types of mattresses until I found the ideal match. As someone who suffers from chronic pain, it was crucial to find a bed that offered the right level of comfort, and I certainly did! Everything was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep in the store. If you visit this location and want a great experience, be sure to ask for Lynwood. Thank you for helping me find my perfect mattress!

I was greeted by Linwood at the Parkside store in Cary. He is one of Mattress Firms best. I cannot recommend the clearance location on Glenwood ave in Raleigh, but all other locations were fantastic. Linwood was especially stellar in the amount of time he took while shopping and at the same time with others I observed. Linwood did not pressure and provided a wealth of information over the hours in the store.
Finally we ended up getting mattress that was perfectly suited for our needs.
I cannot recommend Linwood and the Parkside location enough. ? ? ?
But avoid the Sleepy pillows they are uncomfortable and I threw them away after a several days.

Dominique was wonderful. She was patient and and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. Prices were competitive. We purchased several mattresses and adjustable bases and scheduled a two day delivery.

Came in to purchase a new mattress. We were greeted by Lynwood, who was friendly and professional. He helped us through the different selections and options until we found a mattress that we simply can’t wait to get. The whole experience was amazing and Lynwood was truly the best.

Lynwood was the associate that assisted me with my purchase. He was the only one on duty and had 5 other customers when I walked in. He made sure to greet me and continued to make rounds with the other customers. Lynwood informed me of the sale that was going on and I purchased a bed and two pillows. It was very quick and easy. Lynwood is definitely an asset to Mattress Firm.
