I have been here a handful of times for homecoming and prom events, and it seems like every time the service here gets worse. Whether it’s incorrect measurements, terribly long wait times, or the employee’s lack of interest in assisting customers, all around horrible experience

As many of the other customers have mentioned, the treatment I received in this place felt bit racist. I was there looking, trying to find someone to help me but the employee didnt even manage to care/notice. They went ahead and asked this other white couple who entered the store after me to help. Never going back to this place!

It seems to me that the employees here pick & choose who they like to assist instead of doing their job for every customer. I asked to be measured for a suit for an upcoming wedding I’m attending and the clerk who ( so called) helped me was being impatient and short answered with my request. She even told me at first that I had to schedule an appointment just to get measured until another staff member corrected her and said I don’t have to schedule for measurements. I honestly think she was lying just to avoid doing her job. Someone higher up really needs to evaluate what goes on in this store because the customer service is not good at all. At least from experience.

Whether coming alone or with a group Dallas is the go to associate at this branch. Purchased a suit with him yesterday and he made me feel spectacular in a new suit. Was able to perfectly pull together a great outfit for me to wear to work. Thanks again Dallas, 10/10 associate.

Will never be returning here again. Employees seem very bothered to help customers and are not concerned with genuinely helping you, only making a sale. Poor customer service and I would never recommend this location. If you want to go to mens warehouse, go to Poyner Place location.

I have rented a tuxedo for my son at Men’s Wearhouse. It was the worst experience in my life. I think the people who work there they don't like their job. It took forever to be attended by someone. Then, the measurement part was a nightmare. The guy didn't know how to do it correctly. Then, when I picked the tuxedo up, the pants looked like shorts on my son. Ridiculous! How can the measurement be so wrong?Also, they charged me a late fee because I was confused about the return date. Anyway, they sent me a reminder on the next day of my return date. I do not recommend it at all!

Just left this location without purchasing and now have to drive to Raleigh. Let me start out by saying I’ve heard not to come to this location multiple times, one of those times being my father in law. Me and a few other customers sitting and browsing for about an hr with no help. The more restless people got the more started to leave. My review is based specifically on this location and these employees. No greetings, no assistance, no one at front registers or to check the fitting log. Terrible customer service.

You will spend a ton of time there waiting to get sized for your event even though they have workers around the place not actively helping customers. However they get a one star rating because their pick up and drop off policy is outrageous. You MUST drop off the suit the day after the even or they’ll charge you a late fee. I am going to a wedding out of state and have to fly the day after so I asked if I can adjust that date one day later and they said it’ll cost me $25 even though the late fee would be $20. Then I asked if I could pick it up a day early because agin, I’m flying out of state and they said that would also be $25. That’s insane. Suggest using another company to arrange suits through when planning an event.

Google shopping says they have a coat which, when you factor in my size and the length I would need, comes to 99 bucks. I walk in there and they tell me they don’t have a coat for less than $250. No sale. The hubris and disrespect is ridiculous. Won’t shop here or at any other location again. I’m gonna like the way I look - in a coat from another store - I guarantee it

I recently rented a tux for my son, when I initially made the reservation I received confirmation and they took my card information and pended the charge to our card. I was advised delivery would be 10/31 Which was the week of the wedding which was fine still some buffer days in case of emergency, I called 11/1 and spoke to customer service ( who was very nice that's why I gave 2 stars opposed to 1) , they informed me the order was never "pushed through" the system for the commitment of the rental? they reassured it was nothing on my end but instead theirs where the system had failed- I can understand to a certain extent but no notification about this. Then I receive a call saying this rental was not authorized and now I'm getting charged a late fee? Long story short I got the suit the day before the wedding measurements and hem were way off, such a headache.The rest of the wedding party has many issues on their end as well, not a great experience.

Going to have to agree with all of the terrible reviews of this location. My fiancé and I went in to pick suits for our groomsmen and were told that it would be fine to have them come as a group to get measured since they wanted to make a day out of it. The associate that day was pleasant but didn't really seem to know any of the products and gave us a price point that ended up being very low compared to what was actually paid. When my fiancé and his groomsmen showed up a few months later, they were met with immediate rudeness and were told they were coming in too early for a March wedding and that they would only have time to do measurements for 2 out of 6 of them. When my fiancé explained that they wanted to get this done before the busy holiday season, they were reluctantly measured (only two) and told that their bodies were guaranteed to change so there was no point.I already spoke to customer service and they advised that reservations should be made...good to know. We were never told that previously. It should be noted that my fiancé and his groomsmen were more than happy to wait and go into the physical store one by one or in pairs to make it easier on staff. Instead they were refused and 4 out of 6 went home with no measurements. While on the phone, we also discovered that the associate had rung up the order under the wrong loyalty account, so I hope whoever that is enjoys our points! We will likely be cancelling the rental at this point. There are other good suit rental businesses and weddings are way too expensive to deal with this kind of headache.
