Alex and the staff were fantastic and solving my problems. He went out of his way to make sure that was satisfied with the end result which I am. That's why I want to thank him and his staff for helping me out I would recommend them highly to anybody who wants to go to Metro and maybe pay less than where you're at.

Hi, I would just like to say Alex Martin at the what's. The address 1381 South Maynard street are the most wonderful human beings, but the greatest, employees that we're working with an old man patiently inquiry and I just love them and they need bonuses, raises whatever you give them because they are a step beyond and patient kind, consider it and we even. Talk about God in this. So that's the kind of men that I stood with so. But it's an honor to know them and it's an honor that I could come to T-Mobile.I do have a problem with your assurance insurance company.Because they tried to maximize my reclaim when so I have to go and get a different type phone.And the reason why was because they tried to charge me $200 when they were only supposed to charge me 40 or $50 to replace the phone so anyhow, that's that, but it's a real purpose of me.Calling is the love of these 2 great employees.They're the best absolute top shelf.Hundred percent the greatest thank you very much

Before there was a very good service today it is pathetic I prefer to leave the subway and not return to this store there is a man who does not help at all for little and grabs me with his fists I don't know why they have such bad people in a store like this I have been a customer since 2021 but because of this staff that they have I am leaving thank you

I just stepped into the metro T-Mobile ShopRite here. And I was extremely satisfied with the purchase! The lady in there, Vanessa, she deserves a raise because she’s a good customer service person! If I had my own company, I would hire her!!!! Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and thank you for your great customer service!

I went to this store to buy a Iphone 12 with “bring your number to metrobytmobile” deal. I asked the girl who helped me the details about this deal. And I decided to buy the phone. Then I realized she started to put a screen protector onto the phone which I didn’t ask for it. I said how much the screen protector is. She answered me we don’t charge for it then I said fine. Actually she wasn’t able to put it properly and she said that it’s free already, you can change this later. While she was working on the activation of the line, I realized she covered the phone with an ugly phone case. And she said it comes with this, unfortunately we have just this style in our stock, sorry. I said fine, it’s free already I can change it later. Then I left the store and checked the receipt and she charged me $24,99 for the screen protector and $29,99 for the phone case!!! I ask you now, is there any difference between STEALING from someone and selling 2 items without asking her permission?
