Sadie Klein NP is so nice and compassionate that I wish she had a practice. She was easy to talk to and had my best health top of mind,. I was truly a patient not just $$$ in lab work.

Took a Covid test and was told it takes 2 to 4 days to get results. Going into 6 days, no results and every time you call the number you are on hold for an hour. Good thing I’ve self quarantined while I wait, or I could have potentially infected others.

I had a great experience with the staff here. I came in for 3 problems I had an they were able to assist with all my issues in a timely manner. This place was not crowded and I had no wait time, I was seen immediately. I will definitely be going here again if I experience any minor health issues.

This is the second time I've used Minute Clinic. But the first time with in conjunction with V.A. medical. I would highly recommend Minute Clinic for minor medical issues in conjunction with Veterans medical. Great service, no wait time. Great people............

This clinic is a freaking joke. We came to this minute clinic as it is the closest to our home. We have been going to these clinics for years with no complaints, this is just the first time at this specific location and I couldn't be unhappier. The nurse spent probably half an hour going over vitals and getting history information, but every other question is his exam was one that he had asked previously. He couldn't remember anything we told him and just kept repeating the same basic questions that we had answered previously and shaming us for various things. Came in with a severe headache, sinus issues and nausea and vomiting and he decided after over an hour, while pushing us out to the waiting room to consult other people that it was a medical emergency and a CT was needed. Forced us to take an ambulance to the hospital and offered no other form of advice or treatment. Biggest waste of time and money ever. This location is the worst.

I checked into the minute clinic at 11:53 am. The wait time posted on the check in screen said 18 minutes. I waited 37 minutes without being helped. I knocked on the pharmacy door and the pharmacist couldn't advise me. I left the Target without getting what I needed. There was only one other person checked into the clinic to receive care while I was there (it was not busy). There was no one visibly working in the minute clinic that I could speak to about my wait time. This is the second poor experience I've had at a minute clinic (second location was in Garner where they told me they don't administer flu shots on Saturday). I would not recommend going to a Target minute clinic to receive care. It would be beneficial to either keep accurate wait times or staff the minute clinic with a receptionist but not having either is frustrating for the consumer. Walgreens has always been a great experience.

The nurse here is very friendly & knowledgeable, and thorough. When my older son went recently for a sore throat & congestion, she mentioned other issues that she noticed that were unrelated to his sore throat. One thing that I should've done differently was, not signing up online BEFORE arriving. We were the first ones in line when it opened, however because I didn't think to sign in online, we waited for 2 hours! Many people walked in, and was called quickly. Definitely sign in online before going.

My husband George scheduled flu shot appointments for him, our daughter and me. I didn't even know you could schedule ahead of time at a CVS minute clinic. Signing in was effortless. Have your confirmation number that they email you to enter it in during the sign in process. Elizabeth Trumbower, NP treated us and she was so sweet, chatty and efficient. We didn't even feel it when she gave us the shot! Love my experience there â¤ï¸

Always had courteous and helpful staff when any of my family has gone here. They care enough to follow up and thouroughly check out concerns.

Lets put it this way. I came in sick and left out the same. The P.A. swore up and down she knew what she was prescribing me and what it was for. It did NOTHING of which she mentioned it would do. Here 4 days later I feel the same if not worse. I feel like I got robbed for the visit. This is the medical mafia for you. They don't help you get better but have you keep coming. Profit over Care. You don't want someone who cares about your money more than your health to see you.

Nurse practitioner Dr. Jane Tesson was great today. She got me a valuated along with a work note. She is very professional and very caring and courteous. The only issue I have is that I reserved my place in line via online check-in., There was two ladies standing in front of the gate before the minute clinic open and was seen before me. Now I arrived here at 8:30 AM and I sat in my car until 8:50 AM while watching the two young ladies walk into target a.k.a. minute clinic. The only suggestion that I would like to make is if you allow us to register online make an appointment online we should be seen first and then walk-ins.

Do NOT go to this Minute Clinic! The PA/nurse is completely disrespectful to those waiting for her care. I sign up for a flu shot and was given an "appointment." I arrived 5 minutes early as instructed. She came out with the last patient a few minutes before my scheduled time, signed him out, then made no eye contact with those of us waiting while she disappeared behind a door. 30 minutes later she still had not surfaced. I left, but got a text 45 minutes after my appointment time that she was ready to see me. The man at the pharmacy said she has a child she has to take care of and was probably taking her lunch break. She did not have the decency to say to those of us waiting that she was going on a break, and she apparently doesn't care about the appointment system that CVS has in place. If she is unwilling to be respectful of those waiting, then she can't possibly provide quality health care.
