The five stars is in recognition of Moon's remarkable sale's associate, Chris. He spent considerable time helping me resolve an issue that I was encountering with a DAP that I purchased through Moon. It's evident that Chris possesses a wealth of knowledge regarding the products Moon stocks. More importantly, Chris maintained an uncommon level of professional decorum throughout an endeavor that would have manifested in signs of frustration in the vast majority of customer service representatives. Chris is nothing short of elite at his job. Moon is lucky to have him on their team.

I wanted to buy a pair of headphones but didn't have a lot of info about it.I came across Moon Audio's website. I got in touch with customer service . Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They recommended the WH-1000xm5 headphones. I purchased it and was very happy with it. The headphone is great and the app it is paired with brings a more personalized experience. Great customer service!

I worked here and I am not a fan of how they run their business and treat their employees. All their policies demonstrate a lack of trust, respect, and transparency for their staff. Spend your money elsewhere if you are concerned about shopping with an ethical company. I decided to post this after discovering that a coworker was unfairly fired for something he didn’t do.

Cool if you like supporting a company who regularly abuses their employees and then fake apologizes for their "perceived" experiences. Turnover rate must be 85% by now? But yes, it is indeed not your fault. Call your lawyer, Karen, someone is telling the awful truth!!

Customer since 2014, everything thus far has been as described and everything including custom cables shipping in 1-2 business days.I wasn't a believer in USB cables but they really make a difference! Lessons learned, especially if the said cable has to have decent length.

Fast shipping and relatively responsive customer service, however make absolutely certain you will keep the product before ordering. Their return process and policy is absurd. In this situation (an unused IEM cable that cost $200); there was a 10% restocking fee, deduction of the 'free' shipping charge ($12 - shipping is only free if you keep the item) and then you pay for the return shipping (in my case, another $11). So ultimately, it cost me $44 to return a $200 cable. Lesson learned.

The best listening experience if you want to try headphones. Hifiman Edition XS is a beast. Definitely recommend this place.

Ordered speakerstands and waited 4 months due to the supplier having them backordered. Then after telling me to hold tight with the order since a price increase was coming, Moon cancelled the order as soon as they had them in stock at the higher price. Don't deserve to be in business with the way they treat customers.

Though they have very good, nice equipment, be careful of doing business with them. My initial emails about a faulty website feature that made me purchase an Astell & Kern from another site, produced NO RESPONSE! I would hate to purchased a larger ticket item, and receive this kind of treatment when need of service assistance. I even sent an email to the founder, expecting better replies than this sales team. NADA!

Update - 03.11.2021:So much for resolving this quickly. After Drew failed to return the messages I left for him, I filed a Paypal claim on 01.08.2021. Moon Audio replied to the claim the next day with the same response posted below, yet it took until 03.04.2021 for them to issue the refund, and even that was a partial refund. Their response should tell you everything you need to know about them. They failed to apologize or show any actual concern for how their employees behaved, doubled down on the lie that caused the problem in the first place, lied again about an email that doesn't exist, and even tried to turn it around and blame me for the problems they themselves created.This company is literally one of the worst managed/staffed companies I've ever dealt with (online or off), so my recommendation would be to avoid them at all costs.Original Post:Customer service here is atrocious. I spoke to Nicole who gave me a horrible attitude before I ordered, but she agreed to confirm everything before it shipped. Unfortunately, that didn't happen, and when I called in to speak to her about it, Jess answered and attempted to cover for her before hanging up on me. Obviously, this is completely unacceptable, and just about as unprofessional as you can get. I've since written an email, and left a voicemail for Drew, so hopefully this will be resolved quickly - I'll update this review then.
