I came in with a tire that wouldn’t hold air no matter what I did. Ben took my tire and within 5-10 minutes he already knew what was wrong with it and what to do! The staff were very friendly and professional.

How does this place have a 4 star rating I have no idea! There was like 8 people walking around not doing anything and no one came up to me to ask what I needed. I had to go up and talk to someone. I already knew they were gonna say that I needed a new tire just by looking at them. Once they charged my card I was like ok so do I pull my car around so you can put it on, and they all looked at me like if I was crazy and they gave me the excuse that they were busy as 3 of them were inside the office talking to me. I paid 215 dollars and they couldn’t even take less than 5 minutes to just take my spare off and put the regular tire in. It’s just ridiculous never again would I go there and will never recommend this place

This is the second time coming to this location. The first time I was not very pleased BUT THE SECOND time was WAY better. Ben Wallen gave me the best service I’ve probably ever received in any car mechanic location that I’ve been to. It is because of him that I will now be a lifelong customer thank you, Ben.

Ive been coming here for over 20 years. The price of an oil change has increased to the point that its about 100 bucks to get an oil change which has gotten almost to the point of ridiculous. Well today I was charged 130 for oil change and tire rotation. I asked why I was being charged for a tire rotation for the first time in 20 years and they said it was because I didnt buy my tires there. FInally took it off after I complained but even the website says tire rotation is free when you create an appointment. Then they wanted 115 for the oil change after that. The service was fine and they got my car done but their prices are getting way out of hand.

My friend and I came here to get her new tires. The staff was kind and helpful and replaced all four tires in less than 90 minutes. I would definitely come here again!

Ben and the team are incredible! As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, it’s always a little intimidating to drop off my older vehicle and trust someone’s advice. But from the moment I called, Ben was clear, patient with my questions, detail-oriented, and went above and beyond in every way.
I was originally just picking up a tire, but his team stayed after hours on a Saturday to balance and install it for me. While working on my car, Ben noticed the oil light was on and offered to take a look. He found the oil level was actually too high- not low- and drained some to fix the issue at no extra charge. I watched them put my car back on the lift and spend another 15 minutes helping me with the oil.
It’s rare to find someone who takes the extra time to be thorough and genuinely cares about building trust with clients. I’d absolutely recommend this location and will definitely be back to see Ben and Fahad.

Had to have my tail light replace and it turned out to be a much bigger job than both I and the manager of the place thought it would be. The the manager of the location did a great job getting it done, so I will be going to him for all my future repair work. I highly recommend this location for car servicing.
