Always a pleasure working with Lauren and the team at Mavis/NTB for our family’s car repair needs. We have used this location for tires, batteries, and oil changes. They have always been very quick and saved us out of numerous binds when one of our cars have had a bad battery or immediate flat tire. Thank you!!!

I searched Mavis and was so glad to find one close to my location that later turned out to be NTB(thanks to the sponsorship) on Google. I took my car here for the break pads and rotor replacements after a really high quote from the dealer's service centre and have no regrets. Everything was so smoothly and efficiently done at a very reasonable price. Both the front desk ladies were super friendly and knowledgeable. They kept informing me about the progress since I decided to wait there. Their waiting area is very spacious, can have some toys for kids. I got same day appointment through their online book botton(very convenient) and when I called prior to my appointment one of the front desk lady explained and even gave the estimate cost that I really appreciated. Got to know that Mavis is acquiring NTB. Hope they continue to keep their best customer service in future too. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is fed up of their car dealers service centre. Best experience so far.

I have had multiple good experiences at NTB with oil changes and tire services. The staff are very professional and prices are competitive. Overall, excellent choice for car maintenance in the SW Cary area and beats the hassle of going straight to the dealership.
