I researched for an accountant before choosing Pannaman and I made the right choice for sure! Jonathan helped me my complex tax issues efficiently and quickly. From the time I first called him, sent him my tax documents within 3 weeks I had my refund back. Jonathan is very busy especially at this time of the year yet he is still very responsive. I will continue to go to Jonathan for my taxes. Excellent service!

I worked with Jon for 2 years on my taxes after a recommendation from a neighbor. I've been very happy with his services. He helped me worked through dealing taxes after the death of my spouse . He took the time to consult with me about the issue of making some changes that would affect taxes.

He is always professional, very thorough, fast, and always gets back to me in a timely manner. I have different tax responsibilities now than when I first started to use his services but his professionalism and knowledge Of tax laws remains stellar! My wife and I have been using Pannaman Tax Preparation for several years now and we are very pleased with Jonathan's services. He is super responsive and dependable. He is up to date and constantly puts out IRS information explaining any changes. He usually answers questions within minutes or before end of day. I couldn't have asked for things to go better. John was well informed about my tax transition from New York to North Carolina. He was prompt in processing all of our taxes and super helpful in submitting things timely and getting us stimulus checks for the 2018 tax year.

Upon the first meeting with Jon, it was like I have known him for a long time. The friendliness and ease of conversation instantly made me feel at ease. Being new to the US and the different tax system, It was very daunting and confusing until a pleasant conversation with Jon.
