March 2025 by You like krabby patties Don't you Mister Krabs
Cindy was the only cashier open, another gentlemen was telling her about a situation happening at the back of the store. I didn't catch all of the details. Cindy was holding the mic in her hand and I asked "Are you ready for me?" In as polite a tone as possible. She didn't answer then looked at me and said "well, are you ready?" I said "oh yeah I just asked if you were" because she was helping the other customer. She gestured at the register and said "uh yeah?" And her entire demeanor was just rude and like she didn't want to be there. Awful.

The worker Cindy at the front register seems to not understand how to talk to customers or her fellow employees. Very unprofessional.

Under staffed and limited fish supply. It’s very hard getting assistance from knowledgeable employees.

The cashier was cranky ...lol not rude to me but to someone else who had a question. But it was the day after Christmas so maybe she was just tired.....lol They didn't have what I needed so back to Amazon I go.

The staff at Pets Smart is always so kind and helpful. Everyone I’ve come in contact with here is welcoming and I appreciate the service here. My only gripe is that they don’t carry the Royal Canine Adult Poodle in smaller quantity than a 10 pound bag. I have a smaller fur baby and large quantities can lead to the food going stale or rancid before my pooch can consume
it. I always have to order off Amazon and I then missed out on Treats Rewards.

Waited outside in the cold for 10 minutes with four other customers dropping off their animals and two employees we rang the bell 4 times and then when the person finally opened the door because we rang the bell so many times she had the nerve to say “that was unnecessary” it was so disgusting and uncalled for.

Took My Husky yesterday afternoon for a groom. It was his first time here. I was so excited. Three hours later the groomer calls and said she couldn't finish him because she had an emergency. Things happen, I get it. But after three hours I returned home with a wet dog. I'm not sure how that happened but I'm very disappointed.

I didn't know pest snails could get so big. Be sure to net your fish out of the bag if you buy from here... All the non-aquatic animals seem happy though.

An amazing place to being your pets, shop, and feel welcomed....the Banfield hospital that's located inside is thoughtful, sweet, and loving. From the Dr's to the ladies at the counter. Everyone works together to give you the best care for you fur baby as possible. I just got my fur baby in April and this is the only place he knows except our house...I paid attention to how he was when I dropped him off and when I picked him up and if it wasn't the same he was even happier. He was born on FEB 14 so he's still a baby and I'm protective this is my first baby so all my motherly instincts are coming out. I trust them completely with him. Let's talk about the insurance. Bubba (baby) has better insurance here than I do...no copay just a monthly bill that covers everything. Plus 15% off in the main store and grooming!! We feel well takin care of here. Come join the family!

I had an appointment for 11:30am on a Thursday. Only relocating to the area a short time ago, I accidentally went to the wrong location (I thought Park West was in Cary not Morrisville). When I arrived at the store, I learned my appointment was at the store on Walnut Street in Cary, which is approximately 10 miles distance. I immediately called the Walnut Street store and explained my error. I spoke with Jessica in the grooming salon and she told me as long as I could make it to the store by 12pm, she would groom my dog. I assured her I could make it in accordance with my GPS. When I arrived Jessica informed me to t was 12:02 and because I was 2 minutes late, she would not honor my appointment and I would need to reschedule. I pleaded with her stating it was only 2 minutes. She had a smirk on her face and repeated she told me to be here by 12 o’clock. I was shocked and angry. I couldn’t believe anyone could be that cruel. I literally sped through traffic, took 90 minutes off from work, only to be turned away over 2 minutes! What kind of customer service is that?!? I asked to speak to the manager. I explained to her what transpired in front of Jessica. She turned to Jessica and said “what is the protocol” for which Jessica answered “30 minutes.” Meaning they will provide the service if you arrive within a 30 minute window of your scheduled appointment. The manager shrugged her shoulders. At that point I told them both I didn’t trust having my dog groomed by Jessica. She is not a nice person and I could only imagine her taking it out on my dog. The manager should have taken control of the situation and backed me, the customer. These two incompetent people lost a customer and many more with this review and my word of mouth over 2 minutes. Again, 2 minutes!! Let this be a lesson to anyone reading who provides a service to a customer…it only takes 2 minutes to lose dozens, hundreds, maybe thousands of customers because of horrible customer service. PetSmart should fire them both.
